(00:00) Have you ever wondered why nature gave men two hanging balls? The testicles. These aren't ordinary organs. They are life-creating factories, [music] the place where sperm are produced. But if they're so important, why aren't they kept [music] safely inside the body? Why are they hanging outside? The answer is temperature.
(00:22) The normal temperature of the human body is about 37° C. [music] But for sperm to develop properly, the temperature needs to be about 2 [music] to 4° C lower than body temperature. That's why the testicles are located outside the body in the scrotum where they can [music] stay slightly cooler. To manage this, nature designed a smart temperature control [music] system.
(00:45) In cold conditions, the testicles pull closer to the body to stay [music] warm. In hot conditions, they hang lower to cool down. It's not a design flaw. It's actually an automatic cooling system. Testicles [music] don't just produce sperm. They also produce testosterone, the hormone [music] responsible for deeper voice, muscle growth, beard development, energy levels, and libido.
(01:12) If the testicles don't function properly, [music] both sperm count and testosterone levels can decrease. Constant heat exposure, [music] very tight clothing, or hot environments can raise scrotal temperature and negatively affect sperm quality. So remember, this isn't [music] a weakness. It's nature's own lifecreating cooling system.
