(00:04) We all the jas have three energies physical, plannic and mental. You know >> but human beings are are bestowed with this fourth energy which is called kundalini. >> When you talk of kundalini awakening what you are doing is you're arresting that flipflow of kundalini energy which is just flowing down.
(00:26) You you're arresting you're creating a a dam there stopping that kind of thing. So if it is stopped there then you channel it upward >> to your crown chakra >> and obviously the whole journey is through the spine. >> It's the energy at the base of your spine which wants to be awakened. But the question here is does it actually awaken? >> Your question was is it awaken? Yes.
(00:51) But it needs complete your siddhis balancing of your and bigaries. Whatever is happening on muladar it will happen on agya. If muladar is the generation point the generation point moves to agya. >> So you are that is that is what is awakening of you have awakened the kundalini. >> Kundalini has awakened in a person.
(01:12) How would he be he or she be different from a person whose kundalini is not awakened. >> Yes. when you have transcended your body. So what will you can what that person can be at two different places at the same time. Now being here just now you can be at your home literally and see you can imagine what what your mothers are doing or what you are doing but you can literally see them what they are doing >> you know so it gives you that kalini sort of removes our all the limitations of time space and all these limitations of desires
(01:50) which is kai insert it frees us from that >> you would see people uh who would claim that they can awaken your kundalini within a month. Do you think that is just a Rahu phase is just uh you know people fooling others and you know it's trying to get their business or what's your take on it like do you think it really happens? >> It is a long that what 8 mile 10 mile run you know you run run run kind you have to really devote yourself and before that preparation is very important.
(02:23) I want to understand that journey of preparation through our seven chakras. >> We are not seven 12 chakras are there. So the balancing and pingala is mostly the first step towards kundalinia. Hello everybody. This is your host Rangoli Sharma and a very warm welcome to your favorite spiritual podcast speaking tree.
(02:56) Another day and I've brought to you another exclusive episode of our English series mystic mind. In today's episode we've touched upon a very important topic when it comes to spirituality. I'm sure you must have heard of it. Kundalini awakening. Now there's a lot of myth misconception around kundalini awakening. Does it really happen? If it happens how does that person behave? Because you know it's so much energy and if it awakens within you would you act normal you know we hear on internet so many people telling their experiences oh I've had my
(03:28) condalini awakening in 2 3 weeks is that possible in today's episode we will give you the answer but before starting the podcast do let me know from which part of the world are you watching this podcast what are your opinions on kundalini awakening what do you feel when you hear people's experiences on their kundalini awakening And the guest who has joined me today, he's joining us for the first time.
(03:53) He's a Raj Yog and Tantra teacher. I would like to welcome Swami Capri G for the first time on speaking tree. Guru G welcome to speaking tree. Such a pleasure to have you on the show today. I'm equally delighted to be here and or let me tell you namaskar namaste to you and your audience >> and I'm sure Guruchi that my audience is going to get a lot of deep insights out of today's episode because we've chosen a topic which they relate to a lot which they like a lot which fascinates them a lot kundalini awakening now this will be
(04:29) a very different podcast on kundalini awakening Because you know guruj if you're in spirituality and if you follow a spiritual path kundalini awakening is a term is a subject that fascinates people a lot but at the same time there are so many myths around it. So first let's understand from your point of view like what exactly is kundalini because the basic definition that we do understand is just that it's the energy at the base of your spine which wants to be awakened but the question here is does it actually awaken? What happens if
(05:06) it awakens? >> Okay, wonderful question. Okay. >> Now let me just take you back to actually in our you know in India there have been two approaches to spiritual development. >> Okay. >> Okay. One is called Viveage mark. Viveage mark. >> Okay. And second is called yogaj mark. Yogage and viveage. Now vive mark is where vive plays predominant role you know and where what is under that main thing ashtangi yoga yoga sutra comes under that and then all these variations of ashtanga you know of raj yoga
(05:51) you can count anybody there are so many people so many variations yoga this yoga that yoga ka kria yoga kria yoga is also so everything flows from yoga sutra what is yoga mark as against vive Vikage mark this yogaj mark says that okay you follow this process of eight limbs >> you'll get state of cavalia you'll be evolved you'll be realized okay >> as again that what is the yoga says there are three realities here you know in terms of when you look at in manifestation ji and shiva >> okay with sananka calls of what you call Anu Makti then and what
(06:39) you call and pur. >> Yeah. >> Okay. The three reality. So now what does yog says that all these three have the same potential. >> Even J has the same potential as Shaki. Shaki is obviously as as powerful as Shiva. >> Yeah. So it is just question of getting rid of your limitations that you can be there. Gio is Shiva.
(07:05) That is what how the yoga mark sort of litally moto logo is you know okay. So and what is yog in ashtanga ink mark you have to really go through yamas nyamas prepare then asas then pranayyama. Okay. Each has a role. Yama are the foundation of yogic life. Asa help us transcend the gross body and go to that subtle body. Sukchma.
(07:38) Then uh pranayama help us transcend subtle body and go to causal body. >> Yeah. >> Then these higher sadas, bundas, mudras all these and udharanas they keep us in the causal body or take us higher beyond that. Okay. beyond the state of samadhi in yoga mark yoga mark you just decide no I'm g but I have the potential of becoming shaky >> okay >> then there are shakto payas >> okay which they come from Shiva sutra where simple I mean there like for example parvati asha that you are okay they think basically you're in meditation for years you know she used to be there for
(08:19) years in meditation something think about me. So what do I do? He says okay so you are so devoted so good that I'll give you through you to the humanity give you this what do you call Shiva sutra and in Shiva sutra that is main thing is called uh the the kashavism kashmir shaism which is known because it was practiced primarily by the branches by the saddaks of kashmir so it is called kashmir shavism >> okay >> okay >> so now this also what it talks about these three realities >> and then How can Jie get to the state of
(08:55) Shaki and how can Shaki go to any state to the Shiva that yoga just >> in that kind and she was so benevolent he says no I'll not give you one process I'll give you 112 upas >> okay and each upaya is in itself can take you to that level of state of >> that's how kind Shiva is I believe >> benevant okay so this is what uh other thing.
(09:24) Now within that now what happened is now see we all the jas have three energies physical pranic and mental you know >> but human beings have are bestowed with this fourth energy which is called kundalini >> okay there very special kind of energy which is always being generated constantly at muladhar chakra >> okay >> okay but in absence of any effort to channel is upward >> it just flows out down with gravity.
(09:53) >> Okay. >> Okay. So when you talk of kalini awakening what you are doing is you're arresting that flipflow of kalini energy which is just flowing down. You're you're arresting you're you are creating a a dam there literally stopping that kind of thing. So if it is stopped there then you channel it upward >> to your crown chakra >> and obviously the whole journey is through the spine because the three main nadis the main channels are pingala which is like our correspondence to gross body controls a gross body
(10:29) which controls our sukchma subtle body and sushimumna which a balance between them and spiritual energy can flow only through >> this thing. This kundalin energy can travel only through susha. So your question was is it awaken? Yes. But it needs complete your siddhis balancing of your and pingala naradis. >> Okay.
(10:53) >> Now that is anda pingala naradis not only have sort of the balancing is problematic kind because one is gross one is subtle. Okay. But they also have these what you call blockages. Nadi. What is blockage? Where the balance you know this thing is also balances and they're not really mixing you know there no balance.
(11:17) So that is a in a long process in itself. And how do you do that? Through breathing you know. So prana what is prana? Prana is the link between our what you call our this being physical body and our mind. You know one level. So that this is the only link prana. Prana is the link. Then once you go to mind one is and what you have to do to mind put mind aside literally you know kalpa make it totally thoughtless.
(11:52) Got your output of bris get out of get out all the clas. So that mind is so pure that then what it reflects what you see. >> But guruj you know that becomes a task for us. Absolutely. >> You cannot control your mind. >> Exactly. So that is the big big challenge. >> Okay. So what yog say that here are these dhas and they are really >> very practical you know this thing you do this and you'll see this thing.
(12:20) Now we are going to do the first two dhana that starts with this. Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. This first is called dadashant. Now what is dad? Dus is 10. >> Yeah. >> Dadash is 12. Now two dhas. One is bah external dadashant dadashant. Now what is bah dadashant? You just sit in a meditative pose and ideally saddasan is better or sastikasan or sajasan any but always on the floor please >> not on the chair like this on the floor and go into that this thing and go into some mudra >> okay this mudra >> jina is very very good mudra okay it
(12:57) gives you more energy and you'll not go to this thing basically and it helps you also concentrate more energy so what you do is first you have to go to we'll come to that later I'll go with the harana first you Then I'm talking about some mudras. You also talked about some mudras which will help you get that thing basically.
(13:14) >> So what you do is do two things. One one is called a this asa this also called a goi mudra also know this nasagra dishi. >> So what you do is you just close your eyes feel the effect of mudra first >> then open the eyes in such a way that sight falls on the tip of your nose. You can take your finger also here.
(13:38) >> Okay. So in technically it is called nasagra dishti but actually in mudra science it's called aggoi mudra when you see nothing. Okay. >> Once that is done there you bring your four fingers like this. Put it here that index finger touching here onto the tip of the nose. Take the side to the fourth finger.
(14:02) Let it fix there completely. Gaze. Yes. When the once the sight steady is there bring the left hand and put it next to it like this go to the eighth finger and fix side there on the finger. Once studies take the right hand down bring it next to the left here without moving the left hand go to the 12th finger point the other shant.
(14:33) Now then let the sight be fixed there completely. Okay. Now keeping the hand there close the eyes and keep looking at the 12th datadashan point. Take the hands down. Now you just go to the duadashan point. Find breathing happening there. What is breathing? Inhaling and exhaling. If you hold it becomes pranayama. We are just breathing. So inhaling and exhaling.
(14:58) What we have to do is inhaling from there you start your journey come from the abd come to the tip of the nose enter the nostrils go deep into your nostrils come to vishi throat chakra go to anat inhaling and then once you reach anat hold for a few sec just second and then start exhaling then exhaling you come again same route come to vishi enter the nostrils come to tip of the nose and go to Dadashan point.
(15:30) Okay. Now this is question. It needs little practice maybe one or two days of practice of studying your hand. That's basically >> then beauty is that you remember that always >> really point then you don't have to do this every now and then. >> Okay. And it's amazing sadena. Now for example I said when you go to some of these this mudra and all that they really sort of join a mooladhar with agya what does it mean whatever is happening on muladar it will happen on agya if muladar is the generation point the generation point moves to agya
(16:10) >> so you that is that is what is awakening you have awakened the kundalini >> guruj I have heard so many times that if a person has his or her kundalini awakened the energy so much that they cannot act normal and they cannot bear that energy. So is that also possible? >> Very right. Yes.
(16:31) Not only possible, it always happens. >> Okay. >> So but that's why always we have to prepare. >> How do you prepare? You keep the body flexible. >> Okay. And go from away from gross body because gross body will not be able to take that. You have not to be in gross body. You go into subtle body. In subtle body senses they will not be able to take it.
(16:56) You some people go totally walk you know they just lose orientation completely that happens because your senses your mind gets flooded with energy. No so you have to transcend that. So you have to be in the causal body kar so how you do that now what happens is these are the processes >> dharnas they will just take you there first. >> Okay.
(17:17) So the it will not it's not going to happen overnight in one session you know the kundalini exactly by the time the kalini does blowing up >> then you'll be you'll be prepared >> so there's a complete we just preparation for our kundalini awakening >> you have to have full control of body full control over your mind more important prana full control over your prana >> and then you do it >> gurush what are the signs that kundalini has awakened in a person.
(17:49) How would he be he or she be different from a person whose kundalini is not awakened? >> Yes, very good question. See the point is what does kundalin energy do. It takes you makes you transcend this physical >> world. So which includes our body. When you have transcended your body, so what will you can what that person can be at two different places at the same time.
(18:18) Now being here just now you can be at your home literally and see you can imagine what what your mothers are doing or what they doing but you can literally see them what they are doing >> you know so it gives you that kalini sort of removes our all the limitations of time space and all these limitations of desires which is kai insert it frees us from that >> so that what you got to Mkta mkta you know so it makes you mukta >> so >> you'll feel that total freedom so when you see that person that person amids an aura a fragrance >> when he enters in the room you'll feel
(19:00) like something like sandal load you know that fragrance of sandal load very very common you know >> that on the people with aura kind of thing or unique some very pleasant fragrance okay they're they're really fragrant so that is What one symptom is? Second symptom is their aura. Aura is totally flawless.
(19:21) How you see in the pictures of gods and sadhu of of saints, same kind of aura. No cracks, no patches and bright you know kind. And it is inviting that aura is inviting. You know there are two kind of energies inviting and repulsive. >> Yeah. >> So that there's nothing repulsive in there. Everything is >> very warm and welcoming. are welcoming.
(19:45) >> Yeah. >> Okay. So that is the kind of aura that has third thing the person that person doesn't need to smile. The smile enters it literally his whole being is everything is smiles. Then touch of that person you know and the touch doesn't have to be physical. The person enters the room or you think of if some person was a awakened kundalin a think of that person and you feel that his energy in you I've been fortunate I know two people you know one they both are householders >> okay >> they are not sadus >> and their kundalinas are fully awakened
(20:24) they got they're lucky to get gurus and hotel help them kind basically but they live one person used to work in al-mura Municipal Corporation just know the water department used to start open water every whatever time and close that kind of thing. now retired he's lives in Europe with this where we have what do you call this 12 one of the jot lingas we believe that >> yeah jageshwar very closely as well is there okay >> he works in the field and all that kind so whenever I feel a little bit of thing I think of him all his energy though
(21:03) he's not my he's guru of he has six disciples he's guru of my cousin younger brother >> okay >> powerful like that kind of things so basically So you see that opportunity he comes to pushkar quite often you know he visits I'm so fortunate to have him here to have in my life >> so like that. >> Okay.
(21:25) So these are certain signs that an awakened kundalini person would have >> guru I have one very um important question that I'm sure many people from the audience would have the same question. You know we are expanding spiritually. There is a spiritual expansion in the world and everything is just so much available on you know online on internet.
(21:49) You would see people uh who would claim that they can awaken your kundalini within a month through this meditation. Whereas our rishies you know highly evolved masters they took years to awaken their kundalini. So do you think that is just a Rahu phase is just uh you know people fooling others and you know it's trying to get their business or what's your take on it like do you think it really happens? No, you're absolutely right. It is not.
(22:17) These are people are basically there to what is happening is people get all by these things. You know that's what is happening. >> It sounds so exciting that my kiln would be awaken >> awaken kind but this is as I said it's a longterm thing is not a know what you call just stint. It is a long know that you eight mile 10 mile run you know run run kind you have to really devote yourself and before that preparation is very important particularly for kalini thing you have to for example some of the dhas you have to be master in that
(22:53) some of these mudras they for example without ketri mudra >> tang log >> so even if kalini awakened that anu Feeling of that which comes with kaji it comes with a breathing >> you know then there are certain prikies you know they are very important for in the whole process so for it to be awakened and sort of then controlled you know it should you don't get out of control >> exactly with such high energy you need to control >> absolutely absolutely so this is very very important >> so so it is Not people those claim this
(23:36) is this is one of the sort of bad side effects of this what you call explosion of social media and all that kind all kind of people claiming you know I was seeing some this morning was thing basically the one the gentleman one I think she said mama I want to read this person's aura I said okay I just concentrated it was not so there nothing in that situation's aura and that man was claiming that He every day he takes trip to the he goes there every day and comes back.
(24:12) Okay. This is very sensational exciting sharing all that talks about not so much the things but this is what happened. So this is some of these claims are It's very unfortunate Guru G that you know since u everything is just so available we are misusing spirituality a lot I feel >> with business you know what has happened everybody is in a hurry >> and plus you know this whole race to make more money >> exactly >> ultimately see what purpose money serves it only enhances our ego is all this
(24:57) basically makes us more lazy more dependent on things. So that is that unfortunately as as you said can basically but there are people who want to generate money by hookah. >> So that's basically >> so guru as you rightly said that kundalini awakening in itself is a long process. It's a long journey but you know as you said that one has to have that ability.
(25:26) One has to prepare to you know even awaken their kundalini. So I want to understand the journey of preparation through our seven chakras because that's how you know your kalini energy it flows. So how is that journey like how the energy flows before you come to chakras >> naris are more important. Okay >> very very important because what happens is today most of our using and pigla nadis >> can you elaborate a bit on the nadis for my audience as well? >> Yes.
(25:56) See the point is basically that we have something to like 72,000 nadis in the body >> okay including if you enclo that of that 14 are very important okay of that these three are very very important >> which are on our spinal cord dies in the middle is sushumna on the actually this dies z jig like this you know they don't go straight the pingala starts on the right side on swadishtan it comes to the left on on sorry on manipur it goes to the right again then on an it goes to the left and bishodi it comes to the right again and then on from its own side it meets on
(26:34) the agya chakra okay so that is the journey of pingala from the right side okay starts on the left side okay >> okay now it is generally believed and we have proven that controls our subtle body >> okay >> senses and all that and pingala controls also this thing and they are also preferred as surya nadi >> surya that and chandraan nadari >> okay >> the attributes are like that >> masculine masculine feminine feminine and all that kind of thing cool soothing nurturing and all that kind of thing okay >> now from these two naris have their own
(27:12) role now when you get up in the morning you'll if you take your awareness to your nostril >> you'll be breathing from one of the nostrils >> it's really It's only very that you'll be breathing from both the nostrils. It happens only certain times. So you'll be if you are breathing from right that means your pingal is active.
(27:33) >> Okay. >> And that cycle changes in 1 hour. >> You know after roughly an hour for some it become 1 hour 5 minutes something in 1 hour it changes. >> What is the significance of breathing from a certain nari guruji? >> Then you your that nari that from that nostril that nari is active. M >> if you're pingala is active then you'll be better equipped to do physical work >> okay >> you know you can do physical work >> more of the what do you do with gross body >> mhm >> okay and ifa is active you can do mental work you know this thing that that is
(28:12) what the senses are something so you want to write something create something your practice is this thing basically and the best is when Both nar are active. There's a balance between the two. In that case, sushimna gets active >> and kundalini can only flow through sushimna. You cannot go through and pingala.
(28:35) >> Okay. >> Okay. So the balancing and pingala is mostly the first step towards kundalini awakening. >> Okay. >> Okay. And for that what you do? There are asas for that. There are pranayama for that. There are mudras for that. >> There are bundas for that. So where you are basically balancing. >> Okay. >> Now for example van pranayama when you you breathe inhale and exhale through right called chya then chra and pan left and both it does that.
(29:08) >> Okay. Then then we have something simple asasakan asan you know when you stretch yourself facing down it also opens the blockages from the nadis. >> Okay. >> Okay. Then then makarasan that's from chakras like that. >> So prana. So what you do is bring this balance between the two >> ita and pingala nari and that also brings balance between our right hemisphere and left hemisphere of brain because they are also two side.
(29:38) Right side controls the right right side of the brain control left side of the body and left of right side of the body. So that the balance comes. >> Okay. So awakening naris is there are techniques for that you to awaken clear the awakening buzz you get make the naris free from any blockages. >> Exactly.
(29:58) So the first step would be to balance the three naris. Right. >> Absolutely. >> So guruji now that we understood the first step which is to balance the nadis. The next connection that I would love to understand for my audience is the seven chakras. >> How the energy flows through the seven chakras. >> Now actually as per tantra we are not seven. 12 chakras are there.
(30:15) >> 12 chakras. Okay. >> Okay. And the tantra why I prefer the tantra 12 chakras because the names of chakras are such >> that they take you directly to the right location because it's a big challenge for people to get the location. You know they think particularly some of the chakras. Okay. >> So I'll take you through the 12 tantra chakras 12 names of that. Okay.
(30:39) We'll start with there's a first chakra called janmagra. >> Janmagra. >> Yes. >> Okay. Now you take the awareness to your genital and say janmahra >> it touches a particular point that urethra point in in our uh genital >> that is where this jmagra chakra is situated. >> Okay. >> Okay.
(31:04) Then take the awareness to your nas you know >> in that idea and there you say moola that is the tala name mooladar >> moola. M >> and where law touches the lower end of spinal cord >> it's slightly aw in front of spine that's where the cakes is there little in front you know moola moola that is mooladakra then you go to sadishan tantra calls it ganda root kanda like it says pulpus root you know kanda bring it with your sacrum region and say kanda >> kanda >> kanda then We go to Na'vi.
(31:46) Manipur is called Nabi. >> Okay. Exactly behind the navl but on the spinal. All these chakras are released. Remember they are on the spine >> inside the spine. Okay. I mean so na'i. Then go straight up behind the sternum heartbeat on the spine is uh what do you call herda? >> Herda. Yeah. >> Herda.
(32:13) So where the door touches that is what the anat is. Then goes straight up. >> Okay. >> And in the ear behind the throat throat pit is ga. This chakra is called ganta where the t touches the spine. That is a place. Okay. Then there is tantra has additional chakras on the or mana or head sheets. One is called talu. No state you go up behind the upper pallet you know talu when you do what you call kri mudra you transcend the talu chakra you touch that kind your lower chakra lower part of your tongue is touching the talu chakra talu where
(32:59) the lu that is the place then next is agya is called bruh matya and when you say bruh matya bru awareness will go to your both eyebrow >> eyebrows yeah >> and madhya the very middle of the head where the upper end of the spinal cord and there where spinal cord physical spinal cord ends there and that is bhumadi.
(33:23) Then they have one, two, three, four more chakras as patantra. Next is called lala. >> We talked about yes between aa between purumya and sasra equip between where we normally put tika or this any signs of you know the thing put what do you call vertical and put horizontal >> where the middle line comes that is where la is. >> Okay.
(33:51) Now that is very important because there is the rdra granti there in that that not I think that has to be shattered for ultimately for the actual experiences even if you kalini you have taken to a you'll feel lot of you'll get some siddhis and all that kind of thing but you have not there you have not you are not in that state of oneness with shiva you know that thing that will happen only we get to shastra so shattering this rod granti is very important then we have sastra that is called Brahma.
(34:22) You know when you say Brahma, Brahma, your voice literally revolves in your within your head and Rand it goes to the crown. That is what sustakras and there are very two important chakras in sastra. Shaki meets Shiva then Shaki becomes more powerful >> and that chakra is higher than which has a four finger but above sastra is called >> it is above sastra.
(34:49) our sast called shaki. >> Okay. The name of the chakra is shakra itself. >> Yes. In fact most sadena for example you have saddak tomorrow when you go the advanced stage and you could working on that you'll be doing most of sadena on shaky >> and that shaky takes to to the next there is a higher chakra again we say four fingers but it's higher than that >> vapini. Vapini.
(35:12) >> Yes. Which is both vertical and also expansive. Then it fills the whole universe. >> Yeah. >> Vapini. Then you become one with the >> everything in that. So these 12 chakras what you call chinmagra, moola, kandanda, nabi, raha, ka, talu, romadya, lat, shaky and bapini. I think I left one. No, I think only I left one.
(35:45) I think basically 12 chakras. Okay. uh kanta is counted counted 12 chakras. So these chakras tantra name. Okay. The first step is now when you go before you start thinking of awakening chakras you have to go to the get the right location. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So location is the first thing. Second thing each chakra has a particular color.
(36:12) >> You should muladar is red. Sadishan is what you call your uh what crimson kind of color or it is like brick color. >> This is yellow manipul like that. Each has a color. Then each has the number each chakra resembles a lotus flower. >> Yeah. >> Now why lotus flower? There's no better symbol of detachment than lotus.
(36:38) Lotus flower. >> That's why >> that is why all our gods stand on lotus. Chakras have a lotus as our base. So lotus. But they have number of battles. Muladar has four. Swadi turns six. Manipur 10 like that on the deep seven chakra that all these are defined. Sar has thousand petals you know >> and all right.
(37:02) So the battle then each chakra has a beach mantra. >> Yeah. >> Lam seven ones you know. So you should be aware of those things in. So you just take the sadhana. They start with one by one you know now when we don't we never start with mooladhar in when kundalini awakening we start with dhya >> really >> but we think that the you know energy flows from downward to upward >> yes it has to flow what has to say is you have to start on moolad like for example when you read yoga sutra >> it doesn't start with sadena pad it starts with samadhi path
(37:39) >> the define the goal first what you want to do >> then guru why do people have this misconception that you know you have to start with your mooladhar chakra. No, I think for sleep one if you follow any kind of shastra >> whether is a pratipa or swami satyan's kalini kundalini tantra so we'll call it that chakra awakening begins with agya then we go to muladar because interestingly lot of ka that we do for agya are also done for muladar nasagra mudra where are you doing you're doing an agya chakra but it is used for awakening muladar.
(38:19) Okay. So that is one then you come up to and then and then we come to kanta where basically vishudi and from there we directly don't go to aa >> we go to bindu there's a there's very important bindu at the back of the where we have this tuft >> below that so bindu and then you come to a again I think and sastra awakening is is done as a part of integrated chakra awakening >> okay Because that experience is not sensory.
(38:54) No senses cannot perceive that kind of thing. So that has to happen >> and that happens at that when you have reached that state you know. So when you do integrate awareness then we include >> sasra gur. Now that you talked about the experience like how does one feel when the energy awakens within you? What are the experiences that one goes through? See first as I said first step is to block the flow of energy downwards.
(39:20) >> Okay that you can do with number of kas. If once you have done that so you have started tapping the in source of forth is very special energy kalin energy. >> Yeah. >> So what happens is you feel rejuvenated. >> You know for example you not get tired the way you get tired today. >> That energy has that capacity.
(39:41) Your senses it becomes sharp. You'll see better, read better and memory improves like immediately. So you literally it's a new birth for you and it been rejuvenated you know re reborn literally. >> So it's a feeling of rebirth if we can say so. literally feeling horrible even just by slowly stopping on muladar you know so and as it comes with each chakra the feeling is different because of eight elements because of that quality of that mantra kind of senses that mantra that chakra controls you know so when we are working in muladar muladar is connected
(40:19) with our nose or basically smell sense so that gets magnified you know >> so you can dispense in normal cases you'll Never get any gun but you're smart. You're feeling that smell. >> Then in Swadishan is taste. Same thing happens to taste aspect or taste birds become very very active. >> Manipur is fire element.
(40:42) So our eyesight improves you know in fact if what do it properly then even some people have you know with age or other factors holding eyesight it can it completely not only stop that can reverse it. >> Okay. It can reverse it. Yes, it can reverse the side can think and I'm a burning example of that cuz my son because at that time he says because I getting cataract you know and uh he told me to get Indian it doesn't work yoga shoga I got right eye operated >> that I still have problem with right eye >> even after it's >> that operation you know but then I
(41:18) decided I'll never go for operation on left I worked only with in terms of the chakshuka we call did something and then in terms of chakras my left side is almost as good as it when it was originally you know when I was young. >> So that is what happens. So it really works. It is not something here say you can really go and similarly then what happens is uh air element your sensitivity increase you know you are more sensitive you can feel better touch particularly with touch air element when you go to vishodi's ether element cold you know
(41:58) and you feel that and plus ether has a quality it can penetrate anywhere >> so it gives you that some of the siddhis for example you can be at two this at the same time and all that kind of thing. So there says one vishi is awakened you feel that you can literally see what other person is thinking even beyond you know you can even and it will 99% it will be accurate but we have to be concentrate so these are the some of the experiences that you get >> okay >> and when sastra sasar is it takes time for people to reach sasar awakening it
(42:34) needs our ears of sadena and you nearly need that kind of environment So in fact what we do is we just I have because I have this Babai's asham and you had one question just I treat my present Baba Landashi Maharaj as my present guru you know under his guidance and I've learned too many things from him so I send it people to his asham who are at that verge of awakening fully awakening you know there that was his presence his guidance is more I think is more valuable you know than being in a city like pushkar anywhere about that
(43:09) matter >> that is what happens. So Guru G one uh last question here would be the condalini awakening is uh simply if I say it's the union of sh and shi within yourself. So you know one I I do feel that you know when that union happens a person is just living a blissful life no matter what happens in your life >> you are just too detached right >> absolutely >> and I think that's the joy of realizing that divinity within yourself >> so having said that I do believe that it also impacts the aura of a person a lot
(43:45) >> yes >> so how kundalini awakening would impact a person's aura that would be my question Yeah. >> See the point is what is aura? Aura is basically sort of the effect of your flow of energy within the body. >> If the energies are flowing properly, you'll have a nice flless aura. Okay. Aura, what is aura? Aura is basically immunity. Let's simplify it.
(44:13) We say aura, but aura is immunity. You'll have tremendous immunity from diseases, from words. You know there are three kind of you know hurt that you can get physical verbal and mental. So it takes you beyond that you know that aura they say aura is immunity please look at aura is immunity okay you have tremendous im immunity so you'll not fall like know people fall ill very easily and all that kind of physically mentally particularly mentally these days so you'll not have any kind of problem as you said this is basically kundalini awakening process
(44:46) even the process is liberation >> yeah the living moka that we talk about >> you will liberated exactly living moka so you'll get feel liberated And once that brings that then you are there you know this thing basically you don't wait for that being sort of merging into something. No you are already merged you know in the process >> and you don't feel that you know you're going to meet God after you die because that's what the >> yes God is expected definition of moka these days >> and there and at least the sadak feel
(45:21) that he is God. Yes. Yes. Then that he changed that thing. Oh. Okay. And then these so that we start our practice with that. And then this mantra from Vedasma. This captures the essence of every spiritual practice in every religion. Beautifully explained gurate me from take me from what you call illusion to truth >> from ignor ignorance to enlightenment and from death to eternity immortality
(46:07) aromat >> very beautiful guru and I'm sure that uh you know my purpose of this podcast was to give the right knowledge about kundalini to my audience because you know as we discussed there's a lot of misconception around kundalini everybody thinks that you know by doing a 2 three week course they can awaken their kundalini.
(46:29) So I think it was a great uh discussion to actually understand what the energy stands for. So I really enjoyed this discussion and I got to learn a lot. So thank you so much for joining us today. So did I and I'm so happy that you gave me this opportunity to talk to you and to talk to your audience and I'm very thankful to also for making facilitating you know these people have very important role >> definitely >> okay >> thank you so much thank you so much >> so do let me know in the comment section how much did you like today's podcast we
(47:03) talked about some misconceptions around kundalini awakening we gave you a deeper understanding of it now there were some new insights like when we think of kundalini awakening we only think of seven chakras but guruji told us that there are 12 chakras so there were very deep new insights in today's podcast and I'm sure you related to them a lot do tell me your experiences what do you actually feel about kundalini awakening and I'll see you in another episode this is your host Rangoli namaste
