శ్లో"నళినీ దలగత జలమతి తరలం తద్వాజ్జీవితమతిశయచపలమ్ విద్ధి వ్యాద్యభిమానగ్రస్తం లోకం శోకహతం చ సమస్తమ్ ||4||

అర్ధం:-తామరాకు మీద నీటిబొట్టు ఎంత చెంచలమైనదో మీద సిటిబొట్టు ఈ మానవ జీవితం కూడా అంత అస్థిరమైనది, అల్పమైనది. అంతేకాదు ఈ మానవ జీవితం అంతా రోగాలతోనూ 'నాది' అన్న మమకారంతోనూ కూడుకున్నట్టిదై సమస్త దుఃఖాలకు ఆలవాలమైందని తెలుసుకో.   Verse"Nalini dalagata jalmati taralam tadvajjivivitamatishayachapalam viddhi vyadyabhimanagrastam lokam shokahatam cha samastam ||4||

Meaning:-As a drop of water is fragile on a palm tree, so is this human life also fragile and insignificant. Moreover, know that this entire human life is full of diseases and the attachment of 'mine' and is full of all sorrows.
