💥" Ramana Maharishi says: "The True Being can be realised only in samadhi; what was then is also now. Otherwise it cannot be Reality or Ever-present Being. What was in samadhi is here and now too.

Hold it and it is your natural condition of Being. Samadhi practice must lead to it. Otherwise how can nirvikalpa samadhi be of any use in which a man remains as a log of wood? He must necessarily rise up from it sometime or other and face the world. But in sahaja samadhi he remains unaffected by the world. ...

Practice lies in one of the two courses: devotion or knowledge. Even these are not the goals. Samadhi must be gained; it must be continuously practiced until sahaja samadhi results. Then there remains nothing more to do."

దానిని పట్టుకోండి.  అదే మీ సహజ స్ధితి.. 

సమాధి సాధన దానికి దారి తీయాలి. 

లేకపోతే మనిషి చెక్క దుంగగా మిగిలిపోయే నిర్వికల్ప సమాధి ఎలా ఉపయోగపడుతుంది? 

అతను తప్పనిసరిగా ఎప్పటికైనా దాని నుండి లేచి ప్రపంచాన్ని ఎదుర్కోవాలి. 

కానీ సహజ సమాధిలో అతను ప్రపంచంచే ప్రభావితం కాకుండా ఉంటాడు. 

అభ్యాసం అనేది రెండు మార్గాలలోని ఒకదానిలో ఉంటుంది: భక్తి లేదా జ్ఞానం. 

ఇవి కూడా లక్ష్యాలు కావు. 

సమాధి పొందాలి; 

సహజ సమాధి ఫలితాలు వచ్చే వరకు అది నిరంతరం సాధన చేయాలి. 

ఆ తర్వాత ఇక చేసేదేమీ లేదు."
