I'm going to show you five as the first one. Get your hand out. Drop it down. Pull it up. Okay. Drop it down. Pull it up. You can do it either with one hand or two hands.
(01:03) I'm doing this with one hand now because I have a student who has only one hand. So, I want him to feel included. Okay. You can do both hands. this. Do this 10 times and then switch over and let this go out like that. Like you're pushing and throwing something. See? Push and catch something. Push, catch. Push, catch.
(01:33) Push, catch. Push, catch. Push, catch. Okay. Then like rotate something like that. Okay. Rotate. Okay, now just close your fist and make a fist. Then open it out again. Close. Open it out again. Close. Open it out. You can also do reverse like one, two, three, four, five. And make a fist. Try to take them one by one by one by one by one and close it. Okay. And then
(02:18) the last one is just waves like that. Okay. Waves. This is to loosen everything that you tightened up and put everything back in its place and arrange itself. So you do 10 of these every day. In 10 days you'll feel strong enough to do any asa. You'll also feel a sense of confidence that starts to come upon you.
(02:41) And you'll also feel a sense of um confidence in um things that you even don't know how to do. You'll feel like you can do it because your wrist got strong. Uh if you don't believe me, try it out. Let me know how it's going.
