(00:00) and you're going through a mindfuck, how it is a karma that there is some potential energy which is unexpressed. So, mind will express it. You're living a karma through it. So, it's your choice whether you live that karma by chanting a mantra consistently, and that's how you cancel your karma because mind will go through that.
(00:19) And while chanting, you will go through ups and downs. You're canceling your karma. Instead of multiple confused thoughts, you're keeping it one thought, or you do creative action. Creative action is the best fire to cleanse you, to heal you, to clear the energies. Life is not punishing you with your karma past life you have to go through.
(00:40) It is unfinished creativities. You did not complete the creations you desired, and then when it came to suffering, you escaped. What is karma? All the unlived sufferings, all the all the worlds as a creator you have left unfinished. You know, there is one technique in yoga. Whatever you do, finish it. No, it is there, unfinished karma.
(01:09) And slowly slowly this unfinished karmas become your anxiety. You don't even don't even know why you're feeling. It's nothing serious. It's just energy you released, but you did not complete it. So, it's hanging there. It's saying, "What about me? What about me?" And same happen in relations. People don't suffer because of separations in relations.
(01:29) Understand this. People suffer because the love they needed to express they did not express. But why there is so much pain? Because it's not the other hurts you. You did not express. And why you did not express? Because you're too busy complaining. So, completing things, that's why you're doing gibberish or other meditations.
(01:56) You're completing your actions. You're finishing them off. And so that after you have finished your karmas, then a creative karma, that which we call Mahamudra, the cosmic movement. Essentially, everything is cosmic movement. If you can see it, then suffering is no more suffering. Then whatever is going on is no more bad or good. It's a cosmic dance.
(02:19) That's what Nataraj is. That's what Shiva is. It's dancing. Good news is nothing stays. It is not staying, and we are just carrying it in our thoughts.
