ధర్మాన్ని పాటించాలి

దేశంలో పుట్టినందుకు దేశ ధర్మాన్ని

మతంలో పుట్టి నందుకు మత ధర్మాన్ని

కులంలో పుట్టినందుకు కుల ధర్మాన్ని

సమాజంలో జీవిస్తున్నాం కాబట్టి సమాజ ధర్మాన్ని

అజ్ఞానాన్ని పోగొట్టే ధ్యాన ధర్మాన్ని పాటించాలి.

అధ్యాత్మిక ధ్యాన మార్గంలో సంపాదించుకున్న శక్తి అనవసరమైన వ్యర్థ ప్రసంగాలకు వినియోగించ రాదు.. సరైన సాధన ద్వారా ప్రతిరోజూ దేహాన్ని విశ్వశక్తి తో నింపుకోవాలి...

సృష్టికర్త ను నమ్ముకుంటే ప్రయోజన శూన్యం.ఎందుకంటే ఆయన మనసు, ఆత్మను సృష్టించి ఆ రెండింటిని మనుష్యుడు లో పెట్టారు... మనసు మాయలో పడతావో ఆత్మ శక్తిని పొందుతావో అది నీయొక్క విచక్షణా జ్ఞానంనకు వదలి పెట్టాడు తెలివిగా... అందుకే ఆధ్యాత్మికత అంత తేలికగా అర్దం కాదు... అర్దం అయిన వారు కూడా మనసు మాయలో పడతారు అదిచేసే బ్రమలలో చిక్కు కుంటారు... బ్రమలు వాస్తవాలు అని నమ్మిస్తుంది మనసు... అపుడే వింత వింత మాయ ధ్యాన ప్రచారాలు మొదలు... సరైన సాధన చేస్తూ ఎరుకతో ఉన్నవారికి మనసు మాయ దూరంగా ఉంటుంది... పొరపాటున ప్రయత్నిస్తే భస్మమే... ఎపుడు, ఎక్కడ, ఎలా ఉండాలో ఎవరిని మాయ చేయాలో మనసుకు తెలుసు.

चूँकि हम एक समाज में रहते हैं, समाज का धर्म है

मनुष्य को ध्यान धर्म का पालन करना चाहिए जो अज्ञान का नाश करता है।

आध्यात्मिक ध्यान के मार्ग में अर्जित ऊर्जा का उपयोग अनावश्यक व्यर्थ की बातों में नहीं करना चाहिए.. उचित अभ्यास के माध्यम से शरीर को प्रतिदिन ब्रह्मांडीय ऊर्जा से भरना चाहिए...

सृष्टिकर्ता पर विश्वास करने का कोई मतलब नहीं है, क्योंकि उसने मन और आत्मा की रचना की और उन्हें मनुष्य में रखा... उसने बुद्धिमानी से इसे आपके विवेक पर छोड़ दिया कि मन भ्रम में पड़ता है या आत्मा शक्ति प्राप्त करती है... इसीलिए आध्यात्मिकता है समझना आसान नहीं है... जो लोग तर्कसंगत हैं वे भी मन के भ्रम में पड़ जाते हैं और ऐसा करने वाले भ्रमों में फंस जाते हैं... मन मानता है कि भ्रम वास्तविकताएं हैं... तभी तो अजीब और अजीब माया ध्यान अभियान शुरू... जो सही ढंग से अभ्यास करेगा, उसके मन का भ्रम दूर हो जाएगा... गलती से प्रयास किया तो जल जाओगे... मन जानता है कि किसे कब, कहां और कैसे धोखा देना है।
