(00:00) One of the saddest and the most painful thing for me to watch is to see overweight people running to lose weight. As I go for my morning walk, I see so many people just running and sweating and you know working so hard. What I wish I could tell each and every one of them and what I want to share with you is that you don't lose weight by running.
(00:27) You lose weight when you eat right. And most importantly, when you eat on time, I have my dinner at 5:00 in the evening. I go to sleep at 8:30 or 9:30 in the night. And when you have that kind of a cycle, what happens is that you have eaten your last meal when the sun is up. It's digesting your food. It's preventing the accumulation of armor in your body, the accumulation of toxins in your body.
(00:51) Weight around your waist is nothing else but garbage stuck to your body. You need to get rid of that. running is not going to do it for you. What's going to do it for you is the ideal lifestyle and the ideal diet. What you eat, what time you eat. Plus other thing that I always keep talking about if you're having cold water instead of warm water, that's not good for you.
(01:13) The food combination, there are so many other things. Running is not it. So if you are the one who's really working hard and running and doing crunches and doing all those things to lose weight, stop. What you need to understand is all those things are great to shape up your body and to just be fit.
(01:34) To lose weight, you have to do the right thing. You have to eat on time, sleep on time.
