 శ్లో"నారీస్తనభర నాభీదేశం దృష్ట్వా మాగామోహావేశమ్ ఏతన్మామ్సావసాది వికారం మనసి విచంతయ వారం వారమ్ ||3||

అర్ధం:- స్త్రీల వక్షోజ సౌందర్యాన్ని చూచి మోహావేశం-చెందవద్దు. అవి నిజంగా మాంసం, కొవ్వు మొదలైన అసహ్యకర పదార్థములతో కూడినవని నీ మనస్సులో మళ్ళీ మళ్ళీ విచారణ చేస్తూ ఉండు.                                                   Verse"Naristanabhara nabhidesam drishthva magamohavesham etanmaamsavasadi vikaraam manasi vichantaya var varam ||3||

Meaning:- Do not be seduced by the beauty of women's breasts. Keep investigating in your mind again and again that they are really made up of disgusting substances such as meat, fat, etc.
