(00:00) prepared many questions for you actually logically. Assistant public prosecutor select. I faced a lot of struggles over there when I started my preparation and all. This is what I am. So now I'm an
(00:52) assistant public prosecutor. Have you ever felt like like four to five years. So, time travel. But uh the only thing is
(01:47) competitive status. Yes. Yes. It's a cry alone thing. Society. Yes. Yes. Yes.
(02:51) One simple agenda that you want to qualify as a JCJ. arms, drugs. These are all the things. This I have sacrificed in my life as a teacher success stories. Chalamandi
(03:42) advocates to becoming judges, assistant public prosecutors, section officers. But some few stories really inspired me personally. story one of my favorite student my student actually now I should not say right assistant public prosecutor hard questions not related to the subject but you should say it honestly >> I've prepared many questions for you actually logically but you tell me in that sense >> sure >> as soon as you came to know that you became a what was your first reaction how you felt >> yes before that thank you so much sir
(04:21) for such a brief intro with respect to me. Uh as soon as that I came to know public because every time I used to remember my ticket number and all but I don't know ticket remember kind of depressed feeling but again I opened my hall ticket number my initials and all I checked thoroughly okay then I settled down that I became a
(05:12) selected candidate then uh it's a very happiest moment Then I told to my fatherse first he's shocked. So then in our family that it's completed that she is selected and now she's a guested officer and Soanti kind of environment then I told to my mother and they
(05:58) literally they waited years to see uh that thing happened to me uh and at the same time evening 10:30 almost like 1:30 it's a very great and proudest moment in my life because all these years it's a beautiful memorable momentally two marks five marks 10 marks. Yes. Yes. Yes. >> On that note for example if you want to define your success journey in two marks answer how you will describe it actually two marks.
(06:46) So I faced a lot of struggles over there when I started my preparation and all generally how I really felt. Uh previously after 10th generally either MPC by PC only these are the two streams you have to select >> popular options the popular options. So kind of history but my due to my parents choice and all and then I selected as second counseling but some more other point of time.
(07:34) So then options almost like one month for sure because I have to prove my parents >> correct this is my stream this is my stream books so somehow I scored like fifth rank everybody is happy and the topic university placement and that's how my journey started in law and law first year second year many people professors all everybody motivated me that's how important the
(08:22) law is and fourth and fifth how options and that's how Bob and he gave a seminar that's really inspiring seminar that a law graduates in the law when you aim for judge and all when you aim for public prosecutor and all
(09:05) >> so it you can serve justice to the people that's how I choose this journey >> and after that I started preparing for JCJs and first attempt five years first attempt nothing that's how first attempt completely trashed completely trashed when I saw all those people actually then I came to understand this is not
(09:53) the exam them what I think there should be a specific strategy that everybody uh uh needs to prepare on it. So then second attempt and second attempl just cleared prelims clear there is no first that's in prelims in prelims only and second attempt prelims
(10:40) So I need to work on it. Then again I started my third attempt at when it comes to prelims. Third because competitive thousands of people that's how my journey started
(11:29) then I started and preparation journey start you don't And I scored like 89. Okay. Somewhere around 89's third attempt. Yes. Yeah. Fourth attempt. Sorry. Fourth attempt. Fourth attempt. Yeah. >> So this time 89 89. So I'm damn sure 89 for sure means definitely examination questions. half an hour that I can crack this prelims examination that I scored this kind of marks and after that and we are waiting for that examination
(12:20) result one fine day examination list I really felt very depressed sir uh uh actually I don't know what to do whom to convey everything uh because everybody's journey is different and effort it's really saddest part you can succeed don't worry you have any number of but that's not the thing all those days effort These are all kind of dates.
(13:11) So then I came to understand then I researched it. That is my right to information. What went wrong? finally. >> So, high court really appreciate they responded quickly and they sent me
(13:56) the question paper sorry the answer sheets. So then so I worked on it really it's a very big thing but when you apply the RTA you can understand right where you went wrong. So preparation point of view
(14:51) notification. Okay. Notification last you were not sure. I'm not sure I thought I'm not literally I'm not completely sure to write an A or not but yes. So why don't I because yes to remember all those act names and all. So then I started because
(15:43) months of time at the same but these are all minor acts hardly 10 to 15 sections when it comes to basically like constitution, BNS, new criminal law and those two months notification and that's how this a normal advocate assistant public
(16:32) >> now you're a now Yes. Yes. >> So, do you have any future plans? Okay. Fine. Let's go for DJ or for something bigger than this. >> Yeah. As of now, this is more but I don't know future. But as of now, Let's come to the societal part. >> Yes sir. >> Because especially females I have seen because even my sister is there. Mhm.
(17:14) >> So once you comes around 25 to 27 years and some people brutally ask you this thing like you secure your life. >> Yes. Then what you felt? What was your inner feeling? Okay. Okay. So definitely you're like 26 27 28 when you will do all these things on the face but
(17:58) yeahirect channel indirect channels college every year. Same story. Okay. And she'll sceed I don't know what that personal discussion goes on. >> Yeah. the personal discussion I'll be in some other room my parents will talk
(18:48) but this is what happening obviously that I understood that's how so any statement you want to pass down to such kind of people who implemented this kind of thoughts to your parents. >> This is what I am. So now I'm an assistant public prosecutor. So are people happy? Yeah, >> that makes sense. >> But see in this your entire journey did you ever felt like okay me person not by someone else where you felt
(19:37) Let me work on that area. I was not this any repeated failures. Yes, definitely. Because when it comes to attemp years, correct? One attempt is equal to one year. So like four to five years. So prelims at the same question it's very hard task of prep. It's not even a joke. But when I look at all those books,
(20:32) no no this is not what I am. What about all these books? What about all these written things which I have done previously. So this is not the thing that I need to. For example, if you have a back travel thing, what will so I just want to say start your preparation at the beginning stages rules of practice. The only thing subject or other day you'll crack it.
(21:20) >> Great note. >> Anything you want to say to the aspirants who are same like struggling stories like you where they're feeling that pain >> as of now in some corner of the states where they might be feeling like better to shift or not. What do you want to communicate to them? >> Yes sir. competitive exam. So your years are in stake for very sure just please don't lose hope because everybody's journey is different aspir
(22:13) It's their journey but I will respect everybody's journey and same consistency same level of effort maintain well definitely some other day not this attempt maybe another attempt they'll definitely succeed >> better not to lose the hope >> yes yes definitely >> that's super good actually >> so you should not even think about this failures some or other day is yours >> yes yes definitely sir Because failures success and failures are not the end of the life.
(22:56) The only thing definitely some other day it will in any so then I sharpen my mind over there consistency same level of motivational images. Google motivational images. Yes. >> This is your plan. This is God's plan. Yes.
(23:39) >> Does that really really make sense now for you? >> Yes. Yes. That's how uh actually it's a God's plan and my plan. Exactly. Everyone tell me the same thing. We have to wait another year. But we don't know. So that's how it makes sense. It makes sense.
(24:23) >> Yeah, it really makes sense. Yeah. Yeah. It really makes sense. >> On a hard note, >> when you were preparing for JCJ after seeing multiple failures. >> Yes sir. Yes, multiple times. Every attempt. Not like first and second attempt because multiple attempts. That's okay. We can try another attempt. But when I scored this prelims, good marks.
(25:11) It's a cry alone thing because that only myself. So pain belongs to you. >> Yeah. That pain belongs to you. >> You cannot even explain it. >> Yes. Yes. Yes sir. Yes. Oh no. Oh no. >> That's that's actually a very hard note. >> Yes. Yes. >> When we cry alone, no one will see. But whenever we become successful, >> yes, every >> people will see our success.
(25:48) >> What changes you are seeing in the society when they address you for example and some people started saying yes. Yes. Yes. So generally competitive exams JCJ prepar but now when this selected as an assistant public prosecutor and everybody is telling like uh so yes yes yes it was good it was good all those hard work respect are really thankful to them.
(26:33) >> So you feel like paid off. Yes. Everything is paid off. Yes. Yes. Yes. That was true. So >> like if you for example 5 years down the line you'll choose some other path. >> Same definitely because this is the goal judiciary and law stream that is the only goal. Maybe 1, two, three, four, five years.
(27:05) But this is the only thing but down the line. 5 years back because third year maybe maybe yes yes yes maybe because after graduation it's okay not everybody I'm telling so one of the Sorry. Now I am. >> Now you are. Yes. Previously.
(27:49) >> Previously. What? What's wrong with me? But what went wrong? I don't know where I should correct. I was trying everything I was trying. But every day I'm learning sir. >> Okay. >> In day by day's journey. >> Generally aspirants if they need to choose one among these two >> motivation or discipline which one you will choose.
(28:31) >> So definitely uh discipline is sir. >> Okay. One consistent discipline leads to definitely motivation not every motivation it's not correct just go for it that is the discipline. So that's how I think. So discipline is very important at the same time motivation not hardcore because every individual's story is different. So what about you?
(29:20) It's definitely is you only on a personal note. Yes. Yes. Mhm. S not. Okay. It's not hours of preparation. It's about the quality of preparation in that particular hours. Uh so that's how I >> so can I say 24 by 735 but no other agenda one simple agenda that you want to qualify as a JCJ
(30:05) >> so you used to prepare morning prepare that's the only routine together that's the only routine but notification complete criminal acts these are all the things you should keep in mind that's how I started when it comes to PP
(30:52) >> okay new criminal law all the sudden change >> so definite it's a very good initiative by government of India >> now anyhow your know all department but generally siety most of the crimes especially rape cases minor cases. That's really appreciable thing. But new section
(31:49) it's a very different thing actually section 299 say So that's that thing that main sections and all that I used to ink remembrance then there is no other way we had to by heart by heart by heart section. Oh no. Oh no for sure. Oh no. So in this years of preparation thing this I have sacrificed in my life.
(32:35) Yes actually years of law 23 then I started preparing and all especially trips the friends though yeah that premium age >> yes uh because you have very active advent so that thing and especially social media, Facebook, Instagram as soon as I completed so I completely soanty kind of things kind of occas Yes.
(33:38) But uh all those things I'm doing right now by now it's uh happily I was enjoying my life but I suppose like while preparing for example continuously if you are preparing for 30 to 40 days >> yes >> to relax yourself what you do >> so generally to relax myself OTT platforms are Okay. >> Munchi movie. It's a good food.
(34:08) >> I used to enjoy like 2 3 hours >> and I'll sleep happily like 8 to 9 hours and again I'll start my preparation the next day. >> Preparation time frame but not but not the close friends and all. >> Hardcore friends. No no no no no not the hardcore friendship is not there. If I used to study with other aspirants the preparation strategy with them in that preparation they are more like your competitors.
(34:48) No so the friendship generally when you are in low times also if one person has succeeded and the other is not means then you have to come and motivate the other friend. >> Okay. So that friendship is not there. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So everybody is friends preparation but I don't think so that's good. Friend you can say >> okay not hardcore feeling friends.
(35:23) >> Yes that was true. >> Okay me apart from family. >> Yes. If you want to cry in front of someone. >> Yeah. >> So home you feel like it's comfortable zone. I can cry in front of these people. These people will understand me. >> Yeah. >> Yes. Yes. Definitely. So my parents are biggest uh motivators support teacher.
(35:44) Definitely they are the first preference every time. >> Obviously. But apart from family there is a very special person. So I used to talk with him. Uh this is how this is what happened this time and every time he really motivated me. No don't worry don't worry just don't worry and he came beside me and he really told me no no no you are not this kind of person I saw you from the past 7 to 8 years onwards.
(36:23) This is not the sinia you aimed for. This is not the I'll be there for you. You don't worry. And so he's the very uh >> one of the good bestie kind of comrade. Everyone should have that one comrade in their life. >> Yes. Yes. He's the person. Praash is the person. >> Okay. So see generally you look very beautiful.
(36:58) You didn't let's go to this modeling industry, movie industry. I should serve people some other way. I should help people. I should give uh some or other kind of suggestion to do in everybody's life kind of thing. So for example, if I give you two choices to choose one, >> money or power, what you will choose and why? >> Uh so definitely money everybody has lot of creative skills.
(37:43) They're working on it. They're learning a lot but when it comes to power comes with great responsibility. So years of struggle and definitely I choose power with power only we can do a lot of uh >> anyhow you'll get everything out of it. It's a nice choice. Okay fine. Yes. Yes. >> So general see in the society when even at my childhood now it's not there.
(38:16) Fear factor fear factor. Yes. And you now you are department and department one of the key role and you are going to stick with department police department especially. >> Yes. >> So police now I'm going to work along with them. There will be many police cops who are going to work under you. You'll be handling so many courts and police stationuris.
(38:43) So how you are feeling now? And now how you feeling? Uh sir there is always two sides of the coin. Respect on this police department because police when it comes to police when police officer SA or CA anybody will come in the particular thing clear
(39:31) uh so I have a huge respect on department so I'm so happy that I'm working with the department >> uh as a barrier between police department and the judiciary it's a very respectable position as a team police judiciary sir I just want to say before I conclude this podcast and all thank you so much for inviting me.
(40:04) So Mirani Pet aspirants will really inspire some other day they'll also success. I hope they'll also succeed in JP and I want to thank to my mentors especially you sir you you're there my >> this is not paid promotion you are there my entire journey you are there that's how you guided me the morning classes students at the same time they are ready ma'am she's such a beautiful soul she's also
(40:50) there in in my journey at the same time ashin ma'am sir these are all people and my especially andra university professors and all and I thank everyone who encouraged me and motivated me and I came so far in my life and this is I am. Thank you so much. >> I should say thank you for this. >> Yes sir.
