At 40, your body changes a lot, at 50 even more.. After 60, the body starts to slow down.. After 70, it starts to get ready for the end.. After 80, every year is a bonus.. So sixty is the new forty, Forget about the idea that fifty is the new thirty. It is not. If you are healthy beyond 40 or 50, be grateful for it. Slow down your pace to match your heart rate and exercise accordingly. Know that retirement is advised for a reason. Your body and mind can no longer handle the stress you once endured. You may look great on the outside, thank your genes for that. But inside, your organs are aging.
