(00:00) Once again a big round of applause for Chan. >> And now I'm really excited for the one of the most awaited session for awakening youthfest that is breath awareness and the conscious relationships by our dynamic leader our great inspiration international coach Dr. Ayapa Pindi and Anita Pindi before they come on the Das let's have a AV.
(00:43) What happens when [music] two lives dedicated to inner transformation come together to [music] inspire thousands towards peace, purpose and conscious living. For over two decades, Dr. Dr. Ray Papindi and Anita Opalori have [music] devoted their lives to making meditation a practical path for self-discovery, [music] emotional well-being and lasting inner transformation.
(01:09) A former software engineer and corporate [music] leader with organizations like Infosys, Seammens and Vipro, [music] Dr. Rayapa chose a different path, one dedicated to awakening human potential through breath meditation and [music] conscious living. Together as the founders of Pyramid World Foundation, we have guided [music] lack of seekers through meditation workshops, spiritual retreats, teacher training programs, and humanitarian [music] initiatives.
(01:44) While Dr. Rayapa integrates [music] breath awareness, sound healing, yoga, pyramids, and ancient wisdom into a holistic approach to transformation. [music] Anita has empowered over two lakh children and [music] young adults through meditation, life skills education, conscious parenting, and [music] emotional well-being programs.
(02:20) >> [music] >> Together they continue to inspire individuals and families to cultivate [music] awareness, compassion and harmony in every aspect of life. Please join us in welcoming [music] Dr. Ayapindi and Anita Paluri. Let us welcome them with a big round of applause. [music] Hello. >> Hello. >> Happy day. >> Where is the energy?
(03:07) >> Hello. Happy friendship day. last day, last session. I can understand. Okay. So that's a introduction about us. So what are we talking today about the breath awareness and uh conscious relationship? Did you find anything in pyramid valley? You have been here for last 3 days, right? Did you all find something? If yes, what? Peace.
(03:49) Friends, meditation, purpose, happiness. What is that? >> Good food. >> Good food. >> Yes. >> Yeah. Only when you dance, you have the energy, right? Yeah. I also found something in Pyramid Valley 20 years ago. I found her just like you, one of uh you we were youngsters. We just came to see what they offer here. We don't know.
(04:29) We just came to spend on a pudapunima. So here the networking is easy right? So we go and ask hey hi can you share your experience. So she shared the life with me. So that's our journey. So these pyramid valley is always like a hometown for us. Uh it's like a mother's home. So we keep coming often and we are very fortunate many times we get opportunity to get into the stage and give sessions.
(05:05) So I have been in the stage hundreds of times. I don't know. We performed music here. We performed dance. We have performed sessions. I was a volunteer here. We were together. So do you know what is PYA? P Y M A you must be knowing here. Yeah. So in the year 2004 I was one of the co-founders of Pima back then.
(05:35) So there we started our journey. I I was in Chennai. So we started our journey. She was in Vijayada. So she moved to Bangalore. We both are engineers. She's a civil engineer. I am IT engineer. And but the common thing we both share is observe the breath. The common thing we both share is the Guru Gatri G.
(05:58) So that pyramid unites. The pyramid unites. So we are here today and when uh the youngsters came and approached us uh give a session on uh conscious uh relationships we thought okay maybe they they thought we are the right people to deliver this message why not. So we prepared we both sat yesterday we thought about how we can present it to this young generation.
(06:31) How many of you are honestly scared about relationships? Ahu. How many of you are scared about friendship? Friendship. Why? Whether we lose the friends. Is that the fear? How many of you married? Okay. How many of you don't want to marry? Okay. So, I I honestly don't know what is going to be the output after the session. We will try our best.
(07:10) Let's give a big clap for Pyramid. Okay. So, uh just now my friend Chandra Moan and we both were talking. I was just asking about the pulse of this crowd. So I asked like how is the youngsters like last 2 three days he said oh my god these guys are asking lot of questions we never see that generally they just come sit and go but you guys are asking lot of questions is that true >> okay then we will cut short the session and then we will take lot of questions will it work or you want boring 1 hour session no >> okay
(07:52) >> definitely not gan because nobody interested to take gan right >> no no they're overloaded Yes. So we'll know more about ourselves anywhere suffer root cause of suffering is only ignorance. Will you agree with us? >> Yeah. So today we'll know more about ourselves not uh before going into relationship let's know the relationship with ourselves.
(08:21) Okay friends. Okay. >> Yes. >> Thank you. Yeah. So human consciousness develops in different stages. Okay. We are from we are not like we are we from all these three days you may be listening that we are not this body body alone. We are a consciousness soul. Okay. So we have been there from many incarnations. So from the mother's womb itself everything starts. seed. It's a seed.
(08:58) So when there is conscious pregnancy, when it's a planned pregnancy, it will be wonderful. And when both the parents are very conscious about the conception, uh very wonderful souls come attract. Okay. From there our journey starts for this incarnation. So we'll know about stage by stage 0 to 7 years because you might have known our um evolution will be in a 7 years cycle means in a 7ear cycle lot of changes will happen.
(09:36) So slowly we will understand about each stage to know more about ourselves. Okay. Yeah. So from the conception stage itself everything starts. Now today whatever we are facing many of the things the root cause may lie in the conception stage itself. When both the parents are happy, wonderful, calm, conscious then the pregnancy means the seed will be wonderful.
(10:09) But when the parents are not so happy, anxious about what will happen and there is no trust factor on each other and many other things when there is uh no um beautiful bonding understanding between the couple then there itself that um security is not there, safety is not there, selfworth is not there for that child.
(10:37) So and uh if we take if we go on 0 to 7 years it's a wonderful stage like if we um if we say it's a formation of roots when the roots are strong the foundation we can build foundation wonderfully right so this is the foundation stage I can say if you see babies are wonderful they don't have anything on their own they're wonderful beings beings they attract from everybody around their mother, their father or their caretaker, anybody it what whoever it may be they'll it's a stage of safety ah am I safe so in that stage if the child feels that
(11:27) safety that trust if it is built through both the mother and father and the environment which they are in then for their lifetime they'll be they'll feel that they'll feel that safety. It's a it's also called root chakra. When when the root is strong all the other things can be managed beautifully.
(11:53) But here when they don't feel that safety that trust feeling then they'll they'll not have that selfworth and so many fears are born in this stage. So at every stage there are so many needs isn't it? Do we all have some needs? Yes. Yeah. Like that from the childhood there are certain needs. So in this stage from 0 to 7 years the needs are that love that beautiful um um what to say warmthness all those things are required wonderful calming environment all that things are required during this age when this is not provided in that
(12:41) age when that child did not get such environment in that stage then they or so many fears are formed during that stage and that say they don't feel safe even if they are married or when they are in some relationship they don't feel safe oh will will my husband be with me or is he having any relationship they don't have the trust not only on the husband or wife or spouse no anybody whether it may be with the friends with the um uh teachers or wherever they are in a work culture they don't have that trust on anything. They don't have
(13:20) safety. So always they are worried. They always they are anxious. So the root is here. But don't think if uh oh my childhood was horrible. What can I do now? I can't do anything now. Don't think that way. At any age at any stage by being conscious by being with our breath we can transform wonderfully the way we want. Yes.
(13:46) So that's why we say always from the childhood meditation should be introduced. When from the childhood meditation is introduced whatever blocks are formed or whatever unwanted things are unwanted fears all these things are formed at that stage can be cleared beautifully. So to understand this stage I can tell you a beautiful story.
(14:13) There is a there is a seed and we have sewn the seed. For one seed there is a beautiful nurturing, beautiful soil is provided, wonderful sunlight, fresh air, everything is provided and it's growing. The seed is sewn. In another environment there is no proper nurturing. There is no care, no warmth, no care is there like how Cheron has told now about spiritual forming.
(14:46) So there is no nurturing for one seed. After few days when the seed has grown and it has become a plant when there are heavy storms also this first plant with the beautiful nurturing can take care of itself. Though it wither, it can stand up again beautifully. But the other plant which doesn't have that nurturing that beautiful environment in the seed stage, it can fall off.
(15:18) It will it will suffer a lot to withstand that wind or storm or any difficulties. Hope you understand. Yes. This stage is it clear? Yes. So basically there are uh the both the seeds are same but how the plant has come out depends upon the environment how the nature has taken care. Similarly in our lives there may be siblings, there may be three or four people in a family.
(15:47) We all are provided the same house. We all are provided with the same food and the environment. But some people are given good importance. Some people are ignored. Said everybody faces that. So why are we even talking about the 0 to 7? We have crossed that age. But something happened in that stage or age is affecting us today.
(16:06) That is why we are touching that points. So if any of you have one of these qualities it means 0 to 7 your nervous system got affected. Nervous system biologically we have a nervous system and when you see the plants and the trees the roots is also like nervous system and in spirituality we call it as a second body ethic body even that has 72,000 nadi mandalas even that is like a nervous system.
(16:34) So everywhere it is roots and shoots. So if you are a chaser or a vanisher, what is your quality? Check for everything you follow. You are you you're not happy going anywhere or you are not happy sending anyone anywhere your partner or child. You're always scared. You always are afraid what will happen. You always chase them.
(16:58) Multiple follow-ups, call them continuously, message them. In other words, torture them because you are being tortured inside. Second is a vanisher like anything happens you vanish you be in your own space be in your own guilt or this is how the world and you just vanish you don't face the situation these things have happened because from 0 to 7 we did not take care of our nervous system well we did not take care of a calm child who did not get a good care good touch that is affecting even when you are 30, 40, 50, 60 years and that we don't know
(17:40) the root cause and we say okay this person is like that we can't do anything nothing like that and when you want to fix the roots you can go to the breath the breath will fix any all these things can be fixed if 0 to 7 is so good you will always feel safe everywhere how many of you don't feel safe everywhere somewhere always that fear is there h then the roots are not strong.
(18:10) You need to work on it. >> For many of us this happens actually. Now for most of us the childhoods are not so beautiful right? But we can work out on that. Let's not um um pinpoint our parents or anybody or our caretakers. Let's give a big clap first of all to our parents. Yes. More. More. One important point always we have to remember is we have chosen our parents.
(18:42) They did not choose us by any chance. We have chosen them. So we should be always thankful to them. Always grateful to them. >> A young girl came to me and said I hate my dad. And she spoke 15 20 minutes scolding her dad for 20 minutes. I asked only one question. Why did you choose that dad? She was like, "Did I choose?" Yeah, you chose. You chose that dad.
(19:12) You chose that mom. You chose that house. You know all those environment whether it is a karma or accident or incident. I don't care. But you chose. So you don't have any rights to scold them. >> Yeah. In certain houses there will be a no good relationship with mother and between a mother and a child because there are some childhood blocks, some incidents, some uh things might have happened.
(19:41) So how we have to work on them now by being aware in that moment when that clash is coming when something is triggering between your mom and yourself or with your dad and yourself. If you can understand it, calm yourself down and respond in that situation then slowly that relationship will can be healed beautifully. We have seen so many um cases like that.
(20:07) See when it comes to the the human body, the mind, the brain, the soul development, we have divided into every seven years the cycle changes. Seven is such a beautiful number. So we are entering into the window two. The first window 0 to 7 is all about the muladhara chakra. That is the base chakra. That is your foundation.
(20:30) The roots are formed. And when the seven years starts at the age of seven the mind starts developing until the age of seven there is no mind for any child. There is only connections pure connections to the so there is no mind. The mind doesn't form. The mind starts forming at the age seven. So we don't remember much before 7 years.
(20:56) That's the reason. So we are totally depending on borrowing others nervous system in the first 7 years. And the 7 to 14 what we have to develop is the world is beautiful. Can I be known? The identity comes there. The first time the child goes out of the house and start making relationship with another person who doesn't belong to the family that can be another friend.
(21:23) So they will start developing towards others. So in this age the first ever person you choose it's called chamship. It's not friendship it's called chamship as per salai outside the family. So from the age 7 to 14 if you are very unfortunate that your parents continuously traveling and you always changing schools you will not have a long-term friends.
(21:53) So what happens that sharing won't happen. We need in this age particularly that 7 to 14 we need one solid friend where we can always go share everything openly. That bonding we need. Why? Because in this age 7 to 14 there's something called the heart chakra. This gets developed. So here the trust the bond the sharing has to happen at this age.
(22:24) Unfortunately in my life at this age I was highly got criticized. I was highly got compared and I was body shamed. So my heart chakra is broken. Later I got it fixed. I'll tell it in some other future sessions how I fixed it. So when this is damaged what happens is when the two people meet the first connection happens through the heart chakra.
(22:53) If that bond is not so strong in the heart chakra the one of the main reason would have be your childhood. I counel lot of people thousands of people I have counseledled. Many people say the patterns keep repeating. How many of you see some patterns keep repeating in your life again and again and again again again again why once we go through why again why the same person same personalities same traits why they keep coming they don't keep coming you keep attracting it's very easy to point the finger outside right very easy hey they come
(23:28) that the world is not good this that in spirituality we point the finger here we are attracting We are not changing and we want everything to change. We want the right people to come but we don't change. And that age 7 to 14 if you have good friends and if you have a good environment your heart chakra will be so strong and such people become public people. They can attract anybody.
(23:55) They can be open and free with everybody. They will not have any hesitation to connect with anybody. If we have that hesitation go back to the childhood and see where all we missed still we can fix it. Sometimes a child is left out nobody a friend to all is friend to none. I'm like that when we go for the school tour everybody have pairs I am left alone.
(24:19) So I have to go with my PT sir I go with my staff I have to be alone what to I have to start connecting with the nature. So I understood that I am a friend to all but a friend to none because I didn't had any close friends, trustable friends where we can share everything. That's what missed in my life.
(24:40) Later we got it fixed. So how are we going to fix this? Choose one friend. Even now whatever your age, I have certain friends. Often I call them and I keep sharing everything. Why? Because to develop the heart chakra, we need at least one trustable person to share everything. So this is all about the age 7 to 14 where the identity gets created.
(25:14) >> Yeah. So in this age 7 to 14 years, so many emotional blocks will be formed. So many emotions we won't express out. Even I I I I've been an introvert till I got married. I never used to share anything with anybody that that uh pain that everything I I kept it inside of me and that will lead to many problems.
(25:41) So when uh when I'm married to ayapaser he always used to dig all those things. Why? Share with me. Share share share. Slowly by sharing slow slowly by being more aware where where that pain is coming where the same patterns were repeating in me when I felt safe with him when I started sharing all those pain with me it got relieved and I started expressing beautifully.
(26:09) So this 7 to 14 years age that's why wonderful friends are more important to share whatever we can't share with the parents or anybody we can share we start sharing with the friends and also nature is a beautiful friend. Now suppose you are not able to share with anybody even with a friend go to a tree hug it and share share your pain share your sorrow share your all the feelings whatever you have no human being is perfect here when we are in this earth plane we will have every um traumas feelings pain everything but we should not block it
(26:50) inside us we should express and share it wonderfully then the whole system will be healthy and calm. So this is very important to express our emotions and um in so in this stage lot of beliefs are formed like um about relationships about uh friends or anything so many beliefs are formed in this stage which will carry forward for the whole life.
(27:20) So when you are with your breath when you calm yourself down then you will know more about yourself. What am I feeling? What my beliefs are. So many silly beliefs. If I go this way that will not happen or if I marry such a such a person this will happen. A small example I gave you. So so many beliefs are formed in this age.
(27:44) So let's move forward. The next stage is 14 to 21 which again is a very wonderful stage where uh in a human being the real thinking starts. First stage is body. In the 0 to 7 stage body is building. Then 7 to 14 years our ethic body is becoming strong emotions everything. Here mind starts we start thinking at this stage we will see for the identity we we don't identify anymore with our parents or anybody.
(28:23) We want the separate identity at this stage from 14 to 21 years age. We start deciding for ourselves. You stop simply believing what parents and teachers say and begin asking what actually true. So we are behind truth. We want to know truth. What is truth? So at this age if the parents can guide wonderfully, nurture wonderfully then they can shine themselves whatever they are inside they'll unlock that potential beautifully.
(29:02) But when there is always a comparison with the other children see that um that child is um has secured wonderful ranks or see how happy they are in their um grades or anything. So when parents start comparing when parents start pushing them too much then they can't unlock their truth true identity then that will become very tough for their further life.
(29:29) If you take a sculpture beautiful sculpture it's a stone the sculpture removes the unwanted part and beautifully shapes that figure. In the same way if parents can nurture in the sense guide them mentor them in this age they can unlock their own self their original self beautifully but but when that is not done their they don't know about themselves at all and always they look outside now in social media we see we post a thing and we look for how many likes how many shares every moment to moment But they that is not their identity.
(30:14) They think that outside response is their identity. They'll forget about their real identity. So when we can calm ourselves again catching hold of our breath and then if we can go inside ourselves then we will know we unlock ourselves our identity wonderfully. >> I want to become a doctor. I could not. So my son has to become a doctor.
(30:41) I want to become a scientist. No my daughter I want her to be scientist. All these uh father mother they want to impose their ideas and they will start sculpting you according to how they want you instead of understanding what you are understanding how you are built whether you are working on the head or a heart or a body person.
(31:06) Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva we call it as we cannot be all the three either of us one. Some people are creative, some people are logical, some people are good in administrative, some people are good in art, some people are good in sport. So you need to understand identify create a road leave them they will keep running instead of making them.
(31:26) I have seen I have been in Infosys for in corporate life there are many many thousands of people I asked them always I asked them in my childhood I want to become IT engineer so I'm in the right place what were you no no I was a mechanical engineer I a chemical engineer and why are you here salary is good career is good now that is also gone so just just for the safety just for the safety they are there now a has come everything is badmash so they don't know Where to go? Everybody's going toward Delhi I guess.
(31:59) >> So always work on your passions. Whatever your inner says. When you are calm, when when you start meditating, you can feel you can start feeling everything from inside wonderfully. Otherwise we'll miss that connection between ourselves and we go somewhere. So always follow your passion. Always follow your inner.
(32:19) >> The main problem is the oversecuring parents. For example, if you see a cocoon, the butterfly is is trying hard to come out. You go and say, "Oh, the butterfly, it wants to come out. Let me help." You go and tear the cocoon and the butterfly comes out and it'll be scolding you. My wings are not yet strong.
(32:47) I'm trying to struggle so that my wings become strong. But you idiot, you opened it. Now I have to live my entire life with a weak wings. Sometimes the parents are overseing. Share your live location where you going. Always having eye on you. Obviously your wings will be weak. I tell those parents the child should know my dad will take care if there is any emergency.
(33:21) The trust they should have not watching every moment right then you then you are butterfly you will never become butterfly you are a caterpillar with attached wings trying to flow trying to grow so this happens when the childhood you are always monitored my school ends at 2:30 p.m. 2:45. If I'm not at home, my dad will be in the school.
(33:51) I'll be hiding to play cricket. That's it. When my dad comes, the whole school knows Ayapa's dad has come. So he enters one gate, I run out of another gate. What I should do? Don't go and home. After school, go home. No sports, no music. I'm a musician. I am into chorus, trumpet, drums, bariton. I am into singing.
(34:16) So he said no only study, only study. Marks, marks, marks, marks. But secretly I used to go practice music. I was one of the best outgoing music student in my school days. But all those passion they don't understand. I used to scold my dad more than anybody in the earth. Any emotion goes left and right. First person who gets is my dad.
(34:43) Then I understood I chose him. I chose him. His life is like that for him. His mindset is like that. I should not scold him. So what I did? I said thank you. Bye-bye. I'm leaving to Bangalore. I shifted here. If I am there, it's a torture for you. You are torturing me. Let the tortures be maybe yearly ones. So I came here.
(35:09) So we are happy now. He's happy. You know the moment I came to Bangalore, you know what my mom said? Never ever again shift to Chennai. We can't bear you anymore. You be there, we be here. You are happy. I'm happy. Get married. Get lost. So the story is going. And the final stage is 21 to 28.
(35:36) I think most of you fit here. >> Yeah. Uh 28 >> 28 so proud Baba window four this is the age should I marry or no what the facts are coming out is she secretly having some other relationship all the fears he is like that after marriage will he change. Should I sacrifice on my career? One want then recent in Netflix there is a series right? One guy want to build a coffee shop near mountain. Another girl
(36:22) want to do business see a business in uh Mumbai. How many of you saw that? Ah so the conclusion is still not there right? Why there's a confusion? Should I sacrifice my career or should my sacrifice my life? What happens is both are different for counseling. One guy came, he's an AI expert. He has around 10 websites.
(36:49) Each website is giving him two lakhs, three lakhs per month. He's earning so beautifully. He's so good, very strong root chakra, very good mind. He is a very good uh speaker. All these things are fine. 4 months ago he got married. He came and said I don't understand this side of the world. My 1 13 chakras are so good sir but the 2 4 6 I don't understand sir.
(37:22) Making money no problem but making wife satisfied making mother-in-law satisfied understanding the dynamics of sister-in-law and father-in-law and then my mother started a new drama sir sir save me save me I said sure you help me in AI I'll help you in everything mutual mutual why emotion ions you don't know how to handle emotions which school teaches you that 10 years 11 years put him into IIT training what 4 hours 6 hours 8 hours what nonsense at that age if these things are properly
(38:06) taken of that age in 21 to 28 you will perfectly choose your partner your career every choices will be so good if it is not good go back see where you failed see where what got missed fulfill it otherwise it's gone. >> For example, at this age what is so important people choose career or family? I would say both has to go hand in hand.
(38:49) How long are you all going to be alone? I'm not bored. Not bored now. But together in a relationship, we can go far. You know why people are afraid in the relationship? Because the relationship is not friendship. Honestly, I came into this meditation society because I don't want to marry. >> No marriage. >> Be alone.
(39:33) >> Believe me, I don't want to marry. [cheering] >> You understand why like attra like? Why we didn't marry? Because many proposals came there so much of property this that I said no no no my meditation my music life I won't want to compromise she was also afraid of the same thing if somebody come they will dominate my spiritual life will go when two friends met and both had that same common fear or anxiety or whatever you call it as then we understand how to go ahead with the relationship Then my guru Patri clearly said if there
(40:18) is friendship the relationship will be there forever. So why we there are many ships which sinks except friendship right? Yeah, but there are before I go ahead I want to tell you the another psychology. Last week all these Pima gang they came to the Bangalore my Aroha space meditation center they asked me some questions why there is so instability in this particular age 21 to 28.
(40:52) Why? Obviously there is instability. This is the age where you come out of your exams. You come out of the timetable. You come out of handheld. You are left free. You don't know what to do. All these years you are in school, college, there is a structure exam. Fine. Now suddenly you are left in the open field.
(41:14) You are you have to finish your loans. You have to find a girl or a boy. You have to satisfy a mother. You have to earn money. You have to go to a company or start a business or don't know what to do. It's a very messy age or whatever you call it as but this is a stage where there is lot of oscillation. The oscillation there is a confusion.
(41:38) It's absolutely okay. It's absolutely okay. This age is like that. It will settle down after 28. It will settle down. But during this stage, the choices you make now will define your future. What cho the partner you choose, the intimacy, the relationship, the love, the partner, everything matters for you to properly choose.
(42:07) So when you choose, see two ingredients. One is friendship, second is non-inference. That's all. >> We should not lose ourselves for the relationship. We should be ourselves and wonderfully be in the with be with the friendship in a relationship. Then it will be wonderful. >> I am a city boy. She is a village girl. >> Pure opposite.
(42:30) >> Pure opposite. I'll be watching malls and movie theaters. She'll be watching birds and trees. I'll be talking about AI. She'll be talking about fruits. two different worlds. I am super fast, she's slow and rhythmic. Yet I respect her and she respect my world. We never put our hands and say I will not say come let's do quickly rap.
(42:56) No he said you go dance I'm not coming. And when she goes every day to the nature I say weekly or monthly once I will come. Don't pull me. I cannot sit and keep on watching the tree. I don't know what I will get. She will say what you will get by keep on seeing AI. I don't know. You don't know. I don't know.
(43:17) So better you be >> still respect each other. >> Respect each other. I never pinpoint her saying hey you should be like that. You should be. No. I say if you have time come I'll show my world. I go in her world. See for sometimes I say okay thank you. Bye-bye. She comes. >> No. But now he started enjoying nature. He started enjoying the sounds, smells.
(43:39) Yeah. So it is all about see how this relationship relationship whether it will work or not work. It's not the question. We have to make it work. It is in our hands. Nobody has written anything. We have to make the relationship work. You have to be very clear whether you want a relationship or not. So the reason why I don't want marriage I don't know how many of you believe past lives karma I don't know but I believe it I have seen it for the past seven lifetimes I never married how many lifetime bachelor too boring
(44:26) and my guru said that's why you're not enlightened I said okay let's marry I want enlightenment Yeah, when when we marry we get lot of uh experiences, challenges, so many things. But yet with meditation, with awareness, we can balance and we can wonderfully learn from every situation and move forward, grow each other, we can wonderfully grow um beautifully.
(44:56) So when I come home after 7 or 8 working, the moment I come home, she looks at me and smiles. Wow, you came. Not like where were you? 5:00 office is over. What were you doing? Whom are you talking with? Are you watching the phone? No. Never in this 20 years she questioned me. >> It's none of our business, right? We ourselves want to be happy and we should leave others also to be happy wherever we are in a friendship or a relationship or anywhere.
(45:33) It's all the spaces we call it as sacred spaces. Her world is a space, my world is a space and we are together here for an experience. See this may be very uh nice to hear, fascinating but is it really practical really that comes only when you see this lifetime as an experience by being a soul.
(45:58) If you see identify yourself with the ego with the uh with the CEO or identities then this won't work. As long as you sit inside your mind and look into the relationship, you are going to complicate. I see I am a soul. See, we How many of you have car? At least bike. All of you. So, where's your bike? Where's your car? Why it is not with you now? They didn't allow how you treat your bike or car.
(46:35) We use it for what? Travel. We use it. Similarly, the soul is using this body. Why so much attachment? Yeah. So much discrimination. Why? The soul is a vehicle vehicle for the body is a vehicle for the soul to experience human life. So what you have to do is maximize your experience. Enjoy. Ch leave the body and leave. Go.
(47:10) One day this will break down. Yes or no? Why are you so attached to this? Why are you so bothered? But take care good maintenance. Do polishing regular service. Okay. So only when your mindset the consciousness shift that I am a soul I came to earth for experiences you maximize your experiences otherwise you maximize your interferences you maximize your control many many many women even nowadays men they come and cry saying I don't have freedom my hands are tied I'm not able to choose I'm being tortured why they have not taken their life under their
(47:50) control nobody has peace peace peace or whether you are agitated it's insides nobody's able to see that is why you are hiding it I really wish AI or some technology put a screen on everybody's top of their head and show every emotion and thought the whole world will change overnight I wish that is going to happen one day holding nothing inside empty just being in that present moment will make you an ultimate being >> when we have wonderful relationship with ourselves in any relationship we can be successful whether it is with a child or
(48:30) a wife or a husband or a mother or a father. So let's work on ourselves. Let's calm ourselves. Let's observe ourselves. Let's understand ourselves. Then we can understand anybody anybody in the world. So I think from the these three days you all have got wonderful sessions on so many things awareness how to take care of the body.
(48:53) Uh Nikl has wonderfully explained so many things you have taken already. So implement all those things. I want to tell you a short story and uh we will I think take questions. A young uh a young master goes to a Zen teacher and asks I'm meditating every day but I could not nothing no change is happening in me. So he'll take him to a mountain and there there he saw a stone cutter and the stone cutter was hitting it's a very big stone and um he started banging banging 10 times 20 times 30 times slowly the young master will come and say he's
(49:33) simply wasting the time nothing is happening the master will be zen master will be come just observing 70 times 80 times 99 times 100 times time the stone will break into two pieces. So the Zen master will ask so is it the 100th hit that broke the stone? No master it's every stone has impact and finally that stone has got hit.
(50:03) So we may think nothing is changing but every day that rhythmically slowly everyday habits whatever you do with a pattern every day if you could do definitely the change is happening inside within you can't notice it at one day you will notice it so whatever you have taken collected all these three days practice them consciously practice them then definitely you'll become a wonderful master also you'll get that art of conscious relationships.
(50:39) couple of minutes uh before the session one of you I don't know who they came to me and said so last year youthfest I came it was wonderful all the sessions was great but after that I got lost in my life again and today again I came I said again you'll get lost he said then what is the permanent solution be in touch with the community keep joining sessions keep traveling with them keep talking to them go to their centers does that continuity the group energy will always remind you and also take you into the track otherwise
(51:16) the world will only take you to only one energy that is money nothing else the world is only focused on only one element money the world is not focused on anything what landed there and I'm glad he came back but at least monthly ones weekly ones whenever you have time go to online sessions They are youngsters. There are many many centers.
(51:40) Go and connect with them. That is the only way we can be in touch. Only the group energy will help you. >> Yes. Read wonderful books. There are so many wonderful spiritual books to know about ourselves. Read books. Then you'll know more about yourself. When you when you can do that, it will help you consciously.
(52:02) Every step you'll notice the change. Your behavior, your being with uh your work or in a relationship with a child, everything changes wonderfully. It unfolds. But these slow steps are very very necessary. Nothing will happen in a day. Like how we saw that stone cutter could not cut a stone in one single hit. In the 100th hit, he could hit.
(52:24) >> Questions. Um before asking questions I just have a question to the questions. Do you mind me playing the devil's advocate or I just put the questions very diplomatic >> question? Yeah, I mean a question a pre a prerequisite for my question was do I have to be very diplomatic or because the jenzi is all around I can play the devil's advocate and be roy and rustic >> can I express freely >> whatever it is >> yeah the thing is we getting disconnected from our parents the childrens learn the same >> and we all know I mean what is the point
(53:10) if we are escaping from parents we have to come to terms fights will always be there no matter when Rama Sitha had the toughest time dealing with Rama. I mean not I'm sure we all know so whenever we are disconnecting the ch the children from grandparents half of the mental health issues will all be ready just to catch the child.
(53:31) So I don't know if it is really recommendable to get away from parents. I'm sorry to say that but again this is very different from very person to person. I don't know what's happening with you and it's none of my business. I would never uh expect that because after 60 at least in our families what they follow is the parent becomes a child and the child becomes a parent.
(53:50) So it's all the years the parents have put in hard work we have to give it back. No matter how much we give we can never really give back is a fact. Opinions can be different. A and two other questions this was more of an observation which I'm yet to I'm not married thankfully or unthankfully but so this is my observation.
(54:10) Second point the girl I mean this micromanagement unfortunately happens majority I mean it happens with both the genders but with women or girl child it happens more and there is a rational to it I unfortunately society is not that safe we can't expect everyone to be safe but coming to my own question which I'm still uh thinking a lot about it um suppose I'm interested in a girl and she gives the whole decision to her father and this has become a fad in some societies that the girl will only marry uh the boy whom her father will say I
(54:47) mean come on she is here to experience her own life right the consent of the father is 100% important no two ways about it but if she is a remote control in her father's life his father is not going to spend the life it's her or him in the case of a girl choosing a boy so I don't see if there is enough awareness on it and the third and the final Fin question is are we escaping the problems by conveniently giving some excuses? Are we sitting fighting with each other? Uh there should be a common ground between husband and wife and also some
(55:22) their own spaces but it's like not your case but you said it explicitly and she's giving me tough time as every single day she's trying to give me. I don't know if they are very open-minded. I would because I've been to 135 countries and had some good experience. This stands among the top 10 but the volunteers here I don't know.
(55:41) I'm trying to give them a constructive criticism. Patri has done a lot. I don't know if they're really standing up to what they what he has preached because you should be non-judgmental unless I'm trying to create ruckus. They should not stop me. But they're giving me tough time so we understood your me. >> So okay, calm down. Calm down.
(56:01) >> Thank you. Thank you for uh being polite. Thank you for being polite. Okay, the first question is I stayed with my parents for 25 years. It's not uh 12 years or 14 years I ran 25 years. I was I was born and brought up in a very huge joint family of 13 14 where the interference was peak. What I should eat, what I should wear, how should I walk, what time I should wake up.
(56:26) It was so robotic. And when I got a job opportunity in Bangalore, I shifted not to run away from the home. Yes, the problem is there. When the grandparents and the parents and the children used to stay together, there's a lot of help each gets from everybody. Unfortunately, that's not the reality in the society. That is good. That is good to have.
(56:46) But how much percentage of families has become micro families? When you see the statistics, it is already broken. It's broken into pieces and pieces and pieces. So, we can't help out. So every uh youngster they come out for education and then they go for job somewhere they settle somewhere together being in one family it has its own power strength advantage but unfortunately today most of the families are not that if you are staying with your family mom and dad absolutely wonderful but what we are trying to tell is instead of fighting
(57:20) and arguing to them understand that we are sole here for experiences they have their My parents are not educated for them. They want my child their child to be educated. So nothing wrong in their thinking. My dad he was a kati he never had proper facilities because they always believe in hard work hard work hard work hard work.
(57:43) So playing music or games it's waste of time for them because that is not going to give kana kaporakan for them. So they always push saying that you need to study hard work well. Even now he's not happy. He always tells me you have become an IT engineer now whatever you're doing is teaching meditation to the world I don't know what you're doing okay you're happy I'm happy he left me so we cannot live according to their satisfaction so I have my own path purpose which sometime they understand they encourage sometime they don't understand they don't
(58:14) encourage so coming to the second question about the partners okay see as long as we hesitate as long as we don't want it is again a choice It's not a must ensure everybody should marry, everybody should go into the relationship. We are not suggesting that. Sometimes when we have childhood blockages taking decision that fears and anxiety will not allow you to choose the right partner.
(58:41) But meditation will calm your nervous system down. It will fix all your past pains. So when that is settled then if you really want to take up a partner because many people come to me they honestly they tell I want to marry but I'm scared. I want to have a relationship but I don't know what will happen.
(59:00) So something is stopping them that that's clear that clearance if it is gone they can happily marry and go. If somebody consciously decide I don't want to marry like how I did for past seven life days then nobody can help it's again a choice there's no must and sure and this micromanagement yes the society is not safe in for one angle another angle the society is safe because I see my own brother-in-law uh my my sister is also in love marriage and both their son and daughter he has given them so much of freedom so much of principles and they don't have fear
(59:34) They go everywhere they explore everywhere and on the behind they have if something goes wrong my father is there not that every moment oh what will my father think what will my father speaks what is my father watching now they're not living with the fear they are living with the gut feeling yes if something goes wrong don't mess with me my dad will take care got it so hope I at least answered a little bit of your questions >> and one more thing I want to add safety Safety is with the energy we resonate.
(1:00:06) So when we are fearful what happens what if I go there what happens when we are with carrying with that energy the same thing we attract. So meditation when when you when you practice meditation regularly there is a beautiful energy circle surrounding you always no unwanted energy can touch us even so for every youth meditation is necessary which can always protect you.
(1:00:32) It's like a divine protection. We can call it a divine protection will always be with you. The more you are with your breath. The more we are with technology, the more we are with the mind, we are more with the emotions. We always stay in the lower chakras. The more you are happy, connected, you are stay in the higher chakras where you get the support from the external sources.
(1:00:52) That's what we the point we are trying to do. And please don't have anything about these youngsters. They are also unsettled. They are also thinking whether to marry or no, whether to give mic or no, whether to allow one question or no. Their age is like that. They are doing their best. Uh but I really uh congratulate them because at the age 21 to 28, nobody takes the pain to organize such a big program to teach meditation.
(1:01:17) >> To all the PMA masters who have done such a fantabulous job. >> I know their lives >> behind the behind them. I don't know. I know their lives. They all are confused. They all have loans. They have their family pressures. But still they have a great heart to go and teach meditation to everybody.
(1:01:38) So I see only that and I encourage them. They will learn. They will learn. Yeah. >> Let us not take any negative from anybody. Sir only the positive. >> Life will teach them. Life will teach them. Life will teach them. It's okay. It's okay. It's >> more questions. >> Thank you. Yeah. Yeah. >> It's also a very good point because sometimes in the social media we post something we go and see the comments who posted negative on us not the positives.
(1:02:16) We never give value to all the likes or positive comments. We always see anybody posted negative let's delete it. The question huh? Yeah. Keep the mic near it's not able. Yeah. >> Yeah. So, uh actually like I have a one big question or small question. I'm not sure but I want to ask this question because when I came here I'm keep on listening like we are choosing our own parents like we have chosen already chosen our own parents we have already chosen our own life partner.
(1:02:50) So I'm just like keep on listening this one. Okay. So but in real world in today real world right I'm seeing so many this uh see if we are really chosen our own life partner right so when they are getting married so that like that uh marriage short it's not like it's not like longer it's like only uh like we are seeing like so many divorce cases and like husband killing wife and wife killing husband and even for children okay like they are raping for the small children right say are they like really choosing that type of life really so is this like
(1:03:29) really how it will work because no one will >> we choose our parents not partners who said about partners I don't >> I mean in life like people are telling right like we are choosing parents we are we know like how we will die like we are all the major things major moments of our life only we will plan other things change >> this you can only understand after self experiencing what is soul.
(1:03:56) >> Yeah. >> Okay. 25 years ago if somebody would have said this I would have also questioned why I chose that dad. I don't want that home. But 25 years morning breakfast is only idli. Go to school open the box again there is idli. That's my life. 25 years. Why will I choose just to eat idli? Did I come? Did I take birth? After doing the soul journey, after seeing my past lives, after understanding the sole purpose, it's my conclusion.
(1:04:32) It can be right or no according to you. But what I would say is instead of asking uh yeah right partner, rapes are happening, murders are happening, divorces are happening. The soul don't want rapes. The soul don't want divorces. The soul wants experiences to grow. But the experiences which is not allowing us to grow, experience which has giving us pain is created by society and the mind, not the soul.
(1:05:01) So as long as we are sitting in the mind not understanding the spiritual science, we can only create pain. A person who has pain can only share pain. A person who has peace can share peace. A person who has love can share love. What we are trying to do is we are only living in the survival consciousness. me, my wife, my dad, my property, my issues, my partner.
(1:05:22) You are only living the survival consciousness. We want you to understand the other side of the life, spiritual life, so that we can see these as experiences. Then all these things will vanish. This is a small effort we are all trying to put to bring change in the society. >> Yeah. So because like I came here like to understand what is the purpose of my life because actually like uh when people are telling like we choose our parents okay we choose everything already in the some >> not everything correct your sentences if everything is chosen are we robots
(1:05:54) >> that's what like I mean in the past dimensions because yesterday like I have uh attend the different sessions like so it's like uh I just like want some like clarity so if it is some how can like because some people will die early right they will not live at least like some 30 years.
(1:06:16) So is this like uh really like true like this is what like their destiny >> these three days they did not only give speeches they also made you to do something else what is that >> meditation >> ah so you have to find your answers >> they have shared their experience >> you have to find >> only then conclude be have a open mind whatever others said make a note get self experience then you believe I have read 2,000 books on spirituality Okay, >> I'm not speaking here just like that.
(1:06:47) And my 25 years I have not wasted a single moment. I have expanded my consciousness into many things. I want to experience when somebody says after death 40 days it takes for the soul to journey from this dimension to that dimension. I will go and search where is the facts in the internet. I will sit in meditation to connect and see rather than questioning.
(1:07:10) Understand? >> Yeah. So they have given a point now it is up to me to research on it. Okay. So these three days they have given you notes whether you want to criticize this whether you want to ignore it whether you want to practice and take it to as an experience up to you. >> Yeah because I just want to understand because I have chosen my great siblings.
(1:07:31) Okay. I have I got like my great parents. Okay. But uh because of some uh like I'm like I'm just like single mother like who are like divorced. Okay. So I have like gone through so many things. So that's why like I just want to ask this question because I want to >> as a spiritual scientist I would say if you want to understand >> where to start start learning books related to karma you will understand.
(1:07:58) >> Yeah. Okay. >> Or go to YouTube search indici karma. I have 52 sessions exclusively only on karma. >> Okay. >> After that you ask questions. I'm ready to answer. >> Sure. Sure. Yeah. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Yes. >> I have a question for you. Yeah. >> And suggest me your top 10 favorite books that everyone should read.
(1:08:23) >> Everyone should read favorite books. It depends. It depends. See again we are not all are same built. Somebody wants to explore life, nature. Okay. Somebody is more interested in real life, they can read autobiography books. Annie, blowski, Tamcom, Seridarian, Osho, these biography books will connect you.
(1:08:48) What difficulties they all have facing Gandhi G's book everything when I read the autobiography I take how much hardships they have underwent and nobody's life is smooth. So autobiograph books I suggest and when you want to understand more about life in particular relationships you can read Osho books and if you are more interested in third eye you can read Lopang Rampa books.
(1:09:10) If you are interested more on the karma, there is a book by Deepak Chopra, there is a book on Tarcomotarian and uh if you are if you really want to do research in the spirituality in in Bangalore Basan Guri we have something called theosophical society go there lot of books are available each books on each topic astral body causal body other worlds okay other dimensions and you can take blowski anescent uh le better there are so many author All the books you can read but whatever you read if you don't put yourself into meditation practice
(1:09:45) you will not experience it. Okay. Thank you. >> Any more questions? >> Yes sir. Over here. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. First of all thank you so much uh for that wonderful session sir and ma'am. So uh uh for my question I would like to share a life experience of mine and then followed up with a question. So I have really beautiful parents and uh I have beautiful uh upbringing and then uh after 10th [snorts] I uh I went to a hostel.
(1:10:20) So over there I felt uh homesick and uh I was in pain. So when uh I moved on from that pain I felt like I I really matured. I uh I felt that I have understood the world. Then uh after that the same thing I mean then uh after some time I lost that uh understandness and then uh when few people uh left me and then I felt again that I understood the world.
(1:10:50) Whenever I went through that pain I felt like uh I have matured. So according to you what is maturity and then uh we usually design to artists whoever goes through a lot of pain they'll create beautiful art. So what is this relation between maturity and pain 2 days ago a small I saw a small video a kangaroo was running it is being chased by some animal fox and suddenly the baby kangaroo also fell.
(1:11:23) Suddenly it start hopping and it start making wild turns and escaping from the fox. Who taught that kangaroo how to survive? Except in the world humans the nature is perfectly blend all the animals know what to do what not to do except one animal humans we don't know. We don't know you know hibernation every animal go through hibernation they stop the breath they go some fishes some animals they go deep into the mud hibernate and entire summer it survives that hibernation is meditation brother it knows how to take care of the control
(1:12:05) of the breath nature they are more connected to the nature we are not connected with the nature maturity automatically comes at the every seven years. As I told you, whether you like it or not, the the body will the mind, the psychology, the organs, the situations will push you to some limits. Some journeys are very tough.
(1:12:28) Some journeys are weather smooth. But as a soul when we see both our journeys, we will start enjoying. If suppose you get hurt in the hand there is a pain and then suddenly you say okay I'm matured now because this pain if I have not experienced I would have not understood the pain in the world sometimes the pain we get we understand the world we understand others better and we also understand ourselves better when we go through certain experiences so experiences that we get in our life is Mother of all, if I learn something
(1:13:07) new, I always ask the nature, give me some experiences related to it or give me some situations related to it. Only then I will know how much I understood. Listening alone will not make us matured. Listening will make us good listeners. Experiences will make us good humans. So welcome the situations.
(1:13:28) I'm very fortunate you are getting some pains here and there that situations will make you see deeper. 90% of people who come into the meditation life they come only after they experience pain. >> Thank you. >> Thank you >> sir. Uh sir here right? >> Yes sir. So I'm having a question. I think uh some of that was already answered but I just want to ask again.
(1:14:02) So some of the relationships happen by when people approach people and some happen with like they think that's a destiny or some arranged marriages something like that. So what actually happens like uh should we approach in a relationship or should we wait for the destiny to uh let it happen or see when I listened to your story you don't want both don't want to marry but destiny brought you here in medit like not I'm not saying destiny but some power brought you here in meditation >> an event brought us here
(1:14:34) >> yes yes an event brought you here >> so that's what I was asking like should we wait for the right moment or like do we know the right moment Do you want to decide based on a mind or feelings? That's a basic question. >> Yes. I want to decide by a soul like feelings. >> Feelings. >> Yes. Yes. Feelings. >> Destiny got us here.
(1:14:55) But at the same event there were 100 boys and 100 girls. >> Yes. Yes. >> The energy what we are carrying brought us together. >> The feeling you know you when you start working with the feelings most of the questions are answered. But when we start seeing from the mind there's only confusion is left. >> Yes.
(1:15:13) Only outer looks, >> only the outer looks, only the worldly things. You keep thinking lot. >> Yes. >> Start working from the heart center. Then you will start understanding the world more better. That way you can choose. Forget about whether we have chosen them, destiny, all these things. Forget you need one girl. >> Yes. >> See where where you are connecting, feeling, marry her. That's it.
(1:15:36) Why are you worried about destinies? >> Yes. Thank you. >> Just one only. One girl. No. >> Yes. Yes. One girl. One girl. >> One girl. Enough. One girl >> for enlightenment one girl is enough. Give the mic >> and be clear in your life what you want because the same thing you attract afterwards we you should not suffer or we should not cry.
(1:15:57) Be clear inside what you really want. I want such a master. I want a vegetarian. I want a um knowledgeable person. Examples I gave whatever I had in my mind. So the same thing I attracted not anything else money uh looks nothing else I had in my self >> what I had in my mind is somebody who don't interfere and second somebody who is more dedicated to my guru than me that's all >> be careful huh whatever you keep inside >> yes >> yeah u so my question is more on Um well suppose you spoke to us about three stages and um somewhere we sorry four
(1:16:42) stages and we realize I go back home and I reflect and I feel okay somewhere something didn't work out for me so how is going to be the healing stage is it is it going to be painful because I'll be kind of reliving what happened and I I may not have that clarity probably the meditation is the answer but it's going to take time right so how is that phase have you I'm sure you have uh given suggestions to a lot of us.
(1:17:10) So for any of us who is going to start that journey of healing, what is that one thing that you would want to tell us? >> The first thing is you should be in touch >> with >> with the right people who has gone through these situations before. >> Okay. >> Okay. And also the spiritual sessions will help you to see beyond what you are going through.
(1:17:32) Sometimes we want to come out of these situations. We need an elevation. We need to go up to a place to see our lives. Understand? Only then you can come out. >> Right? >> See, as long as we have this one question in the mind, why me? You will never come out. I bet you, why it happened to me? What injustice? As long as you sit in that why me, there is no solution whether you meditate or not.
(1:18:00) So come out of that why me have with the open mind first try to gather the spiritual knowledge do some sadena the healing the word you use the healing how it is going to take I'll tell you healing always takes time because it has to clear the roots deeper >> right >> okay in one session if something you say everything you've got cleared no way tomorrow again it will come >> for Sure. Yeah.
(1:18:29) >> Yeah. So healing always takes time. So some somebody have fear always have fear. I I immediately tell them find someone who always live with courage. Make friendship with them. But don't make them like you. Learn from them. Their aura will help you. They will always tell you hey nothing will happen.
(1:18:53) Do I am there come let's go. Their push is needed for us. Only with that we will come out. But don't make them also fearful. Hey, I am fearful. Yeah, me too. I don't know. Then both are gone bad. Understood? Thank you. So be in touch. Be in touch. Yes. I think we have a meditation now. Okay. >> Hi sir.
(1:19:18) Uh before I ask my question, I just want to say you both are couple goals. I think >> thank you. the truly the session was very inspiring and what I can see uh like while listening here is there's so much acceptance for each other and there's so much of learning from each other which is the most important thing I think sir my question is uh it's a very simple question I feel like sometimes in my connection like with with my parents I've observed this thing I react a lot like uh I I will meditate for a long time I'll be doing my work and I'll try
(1:19:52) my best to respond and sometimes I do respond but sometimes I also get triggered and then I react and we know what happens once we react we start thinking and then we have to reflect again we kind of lose our energy during that time right so I want to know like can you give some example of how to respond well in a >> simple don't stop reacting happily react if a trigger comes react but before the trigger and the reaction.
(1:20:23) Observe the breath for four times and then react. See what happens. When we observe the breath even for 2, three, four times our consciousness connect to the soul. Then your reaction will become response. When somebody's colds and you immediately react, it means you have accepted what they said.
(1:20:51) But if you are calm, you will respond to that question. Whatever you tell about me, comment about me, I don't care. I will tell what is my version. Reactions are like how can you say like that? Response is like that. That is your version. Hear my version at the end. Peace should not go. That's all matters. Don't lose your peace.
(1:21:20) Okay, I'm going on the road. Somebody overtake me. Go very fast. I I kind of lose my balance in the bike for a moment. Now I have choice whether to chase him, teach him a lesson. In the meantime, I don't know what will happen to me. >> Or just keep my bike on the side and then bring all the filthy language and speak about him.
(1:21:50) Or just leave it or oh maybe he's going for some emergency or he is going to join some emergency. Let him go. >> Thank you sir. end of the day I don't want to give my peace my energy even this much you scold me spit me you hit me I'll be sitting like a Buddha because I know where to spend my energy I don't want to lose my peace my happiness for some idiots so simple >> one last question >> nobody wow say wow Wow.
(1:22:34) >> No. Wow. >> Yes sir. >> Hello sir. >> Hello. >> Very happy to see you again. Uh last year also I liked our class very much sir. >> Okay. >> Okay. So my question is uh this four years of life 28 up to 28 years there are different types of blocks come through our college schools family and ancestral previous life and in the warm blocks.
(1:23:04) So these are all get healed with the perman meditation only or do we need any therapies any special inner child like sessions should we attend that or only permanent meditation is enough to heal everything meditation is fundamental foundation. Okay only meditation will not help. Having a right mindset, regular practice, regularly community building, having the right knowledge and many other things will help you.
(1:23:34) A pyramids will help you, crystals will help you, music will help you, sharing openly with others will help you. Understand? Working in a team will help you. There are so many things we need to experience. Not just sitting in meditation all the time. But without meditation, these things will be like a scattered thing.
(1:23:51) Why? Why we have to meditate? When you ask is pyramid meditation alone and enough pyramid meditation alone enough I'm very much sure you didn't understand the core root of what is meditation though you may be practicing for 4 years so now I'll ask you when you observe the breath where do you observe >> breath inside nose >> inside nose nostril area what do you observe the movement or the sensation or the air >> air no the sens Sensation the sensation is observed.
(1:24:25) When you observe the breath, what happens? You tell me. >> Uh our thoughts will decrease. >> No, your consciousness shift to the third eye. You are in the breath but the consciousness shift to the third eye. In the third eye there are two petals. One is illusion, another is intuition. We are there are two petals. You know about the chakras. There are two petals.
(1:24:49) One is illusion, one is intuition. Sometimes do you get intuition what will happen in the future? Taking decisions at least once you got some intuition. >> Yes. But what if the intuition comes all the time the dation making becomes happy? Yes or no? >> Yeah. So when you keep observing the breath the more breaths your intuition develops.
(1:25:14) Then you will have your inner voice saying where to choose, where not to choose, where to go, where not to go, who is right, who is wrong, whether the timing is right or no. The inner when you start guiding, you will stop expecting guidance from outside. Okay. Pyramid meditation. Pyramid is a tool which gives you more energy. You can sit here with a fan, without fan or AC. Does it make any change? Yes.
(1:25:38) Comfort level it will change. Similarly, the pyramid is giving you more comfort, more energy is a quick acceleration. That's all. But meditation according to Patanjali as prana samadi. Okay. When you see a candle, you call it as meditation. You are wrong. It is dhana. When you chant a mantra, you call it as a meditation.
(1:25:58) No, it is a mantra chanting. When you focus on a dity and you call it as meditation, no, that is again dhana. Dana means going beyond the mind, going outside the mind. As long as you sit in the mind, do some practices, whatever you call it as therapies or regressions, whatever you do, you are still sitting in the mind.
(1:26:17) You have to step out of the mind. Like what Buddha tried everything and finally he said, I stepped out of the mind. All the practices I just observed the breath simply I got enlightened. But did he stop with that? No. So first understand what is real meditation. First put yourself into proper practice.
(1:26:39) Along with that your service, your connections with the humans, your purpose, your books, your knowledge, everything matters. Understand? You may go to a therapy. The therapist will remove something. But if the core is not removed again you will get it back. Sometimes know you you are you have lot of sorrow. You go and share with your friend you are relieved but tomorrow again that sorrow comes or no.
(1:27:02) Yes. So it's a temporary solution you have seen. Anything which we get from outside should be a support system for us to work on our inner not we should not only depend on healings okay raiki healing that healing he has given healing he has given energy it will work for weeks or months that's all but when you don't touch base the root causes when you don't go deeper and remove the abnormalities it will come back again understand so pyramid meditation alone is enough Meditation means according to me there's only one meditation that is pyramid
(1:27:38) meditation. There's no other meditations because all those are dhanas. They are not danas. We can sit and discuss if you want after the session. Thank you. >> Thank you sir. Thank you so much. >> Not scared. No. Let us give a big round of applause for Anita ma'am and Ayata sir for wonderful session. >> Thank you.
(1:28:03) Thank you so much for inspiring all of us. I think most of us got our answers right. Yeah. Can we share it by giving a big shout out? [cheering] >> Yes. As someone in the someone while asking questions mentioned they are a perfect couple goal, right? >> You know that they also have a son. >> Okay. Where is Amara? If he's here. Okay.
(1:28:32) >> So, just want to tell about him. Come, come, come to the stage. We have put him into a school where up to fifth class, no exams, no homework. And that school exactly works in this model 0 to 7, 7 to 14 and they do knitting and all this research she did. I didn't do for me. I have to put him in DPS or NPS.
(1:28:57) He said no that is not education. I said that is your department. You take care. I will encourage. So C did all the research of uh alternative education. You speak about that for a few words. >> Yeah, it's a holistic education like at every age there are proper needs for that age for that development in that age.
(1:29:18) So all this uh this curriculum is called Waldorf Stainer philosophy. So he's a great spiritual scientist. He has experimented a lot. Um so so their curriculum is designed accordingly physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually what need to be given to the child at that particular age that their curriculum is designed like that. Their school is very down to earth.
(1:29:42) They are connected to nature and um they are connected to teachers like anything. And whenever I go just like that if I go to school, wow how wonderful it is. I feel that calmness that happy uh happiness in every child I could uh see. So it's a wonderful type of schooling I in I think during 2012 like that I had uh read a book by tokcom saradarium.
(1:30:10) So he has told about this type of education. I forgot about that but when I was uh looking for schools to him that automatically came to us. Why? because I at that time I thought such type of schooling should be there to the children and it came back. Yeah. Thank you. >> Yeah. So, >> hi. >> Hi. >> Can we have a sorry, >> how's your school? Speak about your school.
(1:30:42) >> Do you like your school? >> Yes, I like my school. >> Yeah. And he he he never wants to uh take leave to school. Even it is function at home, he wants to go to school. Even it is fever for him, he wants to go to school. So that much liking he has towards school. Yeah. Thank you. >> So can we have a picture please? Thank you.
(1:31:22) How's the meditation? Some tears came for me. I don't know. I accepted it. So just before I conclude this session, I just got reminded of one small uh tip I can give you so that it's it helped me, maybe it'll also help you. When a lion or a cheetah or a tiger chases a deer, it runs fast, right? It tries to escape.
(1:31:56) If at all the deer is lucky or skillful to escape from the tiger or the lion, once it is out of the danger, you know what the deer do for 30 seconds? It shakes its body so hard. Why? In that entire chase all the fears of survival whatever it had in the body once it goes to a safe zone it shatters and then it happily goes back to next moment except one animal called human we carry always.
(1:32:41) Thank you. Bye-bye. [applause] So quickly stand up. Shake out. Come shake. Shake. Everybody spoke something about us. Everything we have, let's shake >> like this. >> Yes. Come on everyone. >> Shake. Shake. Shake. Shake. Shake. Shake. Shake. Shake. Shake. Shake. >> Wow. [laughter] That was amazing. >> Give a big clap for shakes.
(1:33:26) Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much for everything you have given us. Lots of support for PYA, lots of inspiration. Thank you once again from the entire Pima team. So now as a token of gratitude, let us fistrate Dr. Ayapindi and Anitap Pindi. >> Uh I have to tell that Dr. Dr. Ayapa Pindi because I'm not used to call him doctor recently he got his doctorate so uh he's a strong pillar of support for Pima and every youngster who wants to come into meditation who wants to come into you know he recently started this Aroa space
(1:34:07) where he does sound healing and it's an amazing center everyone should visit that center and experience that sound healing full moon meditations happen there there are so many swadhya books. He he is a swadhya yogi uh hats off to him. He reads so many books and if you want guidance, if you want you know you know to progress further in your meditation in your spiritual life, he is a right coach, guide, friend, mentor to you.
(1:34:38) So thank you so much to both of you and I'm hearing her for the first time. I'm so amazed at how beautifully she told with such love and such compassion. Thank you Anita for coming here and gracing us with your presence. Thank you. Wow. Yeah. Fitation music please. [music] >> [music] >> Wood sh [singing] [music] them shy. [singing]
