 HEALTH IS WEALTH
 Sugary drinks are “empty calories” — they don’t fill your stomach, so you keep eating more. Over time, this leads to weight gain, poor metabolism, and long-term health issues. Sugary drinks spike blood sugar, add excess calories, and increase the risk of heart disease and even diabetes.  Replace sugary drink a day with water, buttermilk, or coconut water.
