(00:03) social media as a life coach. one suggestion or one advice if you want to do what will be >> know your own brain >> not somebody else's opinion >> and how you rate like checking partners whether it is correct or not >> think this is my most of my followers wants to ask I think it's okay when women checks see why would people choose wrong parti There are there are like not only in one or two moves lot of movies even what's your opinion empathy without boundaries is stupidity.
(00:46) >> Do we really need to sacrifice our career for love? >> No we don't have to balance then it's a love or it's a distraction. How to confirm that is for example at moment how to confirm like even if it's infatuation or if it's we think it is love how much puja for from a single client >> that is very contradiction >> like in your life is there any situation like you felt criticism
(01:32) is there any situation? Um yeah so many but uh profession so many other things were very small but I went started it like a profession when I said that I want to be a life coach so many people don't even know what a life coach means life coach the main reason to do this podcast is the completely that Jenzi is completely misunderstood about relationships love, money, awareness and many things even about the career.
(02:11) The main intention of this podcast is to know about they need to understand what actually the love or what actually the career what actually how to choose a person in your life to solve or to answer all my questions from your side or from my side. There are a lot of questions that to be answered and we will decode a lot of things.
(02:31) Today we have Pujaru with us. Welcome ma'am. Hi brain, >> welcome to decode with brain ranging. First thing those who are watching you for the first time and they have no clue or idea about who you are, how you introduce yourself and why they should watch this podcast. So basic not very much aware of it. So so many people will think like I have to be independent.
(03:00) I have to solve it by myself. They will get under bad influence and take wrong decisions and they will disturb their lives. We need somebody right that is a person who is a life coach. We are not doctors treat more like a friend a wiser older sister and coach. So that's what a life coach is. So if you want to have a better life to be precise,
(03:44) you can learn few life skills, few things in life. That's all you can learn from this podcast. >> Okay, that's very interesting thing. Even I was waiting. The first question is where Jenzi completely misunderstood about relationship? >> Uh so too many options it will create more confusion. They are having more clarity which is making them prioritize themselves more process everything instant gratific
(04:38) relationship. We taking it also as a temporary thing. It's not only about millennials also but compared to it to correct social media let us assume this is happening due to maybe attention span whatever it may be always happening due to social media Instagram mainly >> what's your opinion on it >> oh we are getting lot of influenced by social media The main key role that is playing in all
(05:27) our lives is social medides of a coin. For example, That's not our opinions. Somebody else is imposing that opinions into our brain
(06:11) and we are getting affected and influenced by it. When compared to the past generations, they were somewhat like open-minded openminded. Is there any reason that causing problem to relationship? Openminded actually it exactly reverse they're not that open-minded. Yeah. >> Yeah. Because people are being more and more independent.
(06:49) They're prioritizing themselves. They're taking stand for themselves. Now it's not like that anymore. It's a good change but too much of anything is bader as a life coach. One suggestion or one advice if you want to give what would it be? >> Use your own brain not somebody else's opinion. social
(07:34) media that is coming from my own brain opinion. You don't have to agree with it. You don't have to get influenced by it. Towards the end, you have to use your own brain and think about it at the moment. When it comes to like teenage a lot of people a lot of like everyone is saying having love romance so so and so whatever it may be they're having and going and he's having a girlfriend we can't say that it's a girlfriend or it's a what actually your opinion seems they grow up together.
(08:33) We can't always say like it all depends on our clarity or maturity and how much efforts you want to keep in the relationship. >> Yeah. What I mean to say at that moment like eighth class or seventh class they won't have that much maturity level. >> Yeah. >> But they can grow together. Yeah. Okay. Let us assume you met in like 8th or 10th what if you plan it will still work out.
(09:14) Most of the times first relationships we tend to make wrong choices but we would say that it's immature but may not be all the time. How to confirm that is for example at the moment like how to confirm like there will be like some symptoms like how even if it's infatuation or if it's we think it is love until and unless they realize it by themselves But figure out if it is helping you to grow
(10:01) relationship everything but still a person I'm tolerating all of these things ignoring all the red flags then it's an infatuation if you are still staying in that >> and I won't say about a woman name still they simply again they say it's love and
(10:49) this generation if you could say a few things to them like if those who are watching for And if you could say a few things, this is not what would that points. If that person is being an obstacle for your growth, you feel like it won't work out forever. You will reach that breaking point. You will start to have that resentment towards your partner and towards yourself.
(11:35) Practically not possible. You can walk away from it. everybody first relationship or second relationship and when we are very young very common feeling but most of the times it's not your only relationship first relationships most of the times they are meant to teach you few things a purpose that means you are agreeing second love is the best no second third That may not be true all the time. And
(12:21) when it comes to like career like um my mother, my mother was a professor. She used to say few things like don't waste your energy in love or doing some other so and so. But when I uh done a podcast with many influenced people or otherwise we can say like CEOs they used to say their backbone was their wife or their lover or the life partner whatever it may be but when you when you compare this face with this face it's completely different my mother used to say you don't you should not waste your time or energy or money
(12:56) whatever it may be on law when I see when I see the CEOs or founders those who built more than 100 crores companies They usually say our back partner our was life our life partner. What you could differentiate all those things this >> see just like how I said the examples which you were giving that is that case where it was a healthy relationship that is when a partner plays a key role in your success.
(13:34) But for example, I want to go abroad and finish my masters or somebody. Um let us say I have a toxic boyfriend who is stopping me to go there. Then what will happen to my potential career? I would miss it. So relationships can go both ways. It could either be the biggest support of your life. It could either be the biggest obstacle of your life but maturity level to identify what is what most of the times but when it works out it works out but we can't always say that okay relationship
(14:21) if this is the first question I forgot to ask you the main reason to become a life coach. What was like there are inage there are many professions you can be a doctor you can be an engineer and like separate keeping all those things I said and why you become a life coach any instant for everything there is a reason what is the reason >> uh I was having a rough phase in my life when I was very young like teenage and early young age I was having so many problems in my life period I was feeling very lonely I wanted to talk to someone.
(15:03) Either they are very much elder than me or very much younger than me. I always needed a person who would just talk to me to listen to me. That was all I was hoping for. But so back then I thought like okay I have to be someone who would help other people because usually physical issues pain nobody would say if you say I'm feeling sad So
(15:56) I have to give to other people. I wanted to be a psychologist also. But it took lot of time I expected. So now I came into the life coaching profession. You have like you have spoke with more than thousand people. >> Yeah, I'm close to thousands. Yes. >> These thousand people there will be some cases like there will be like no solution for that.
(16:29) >> Yes. >> Sometimes already they got married to somebody else. Now this client will come and say like I want that person. So let us say if I spoke to thousand clients at least 400 there won't be any solution because sometimes it's about finding that solutions. Sometimes it's about acceptance all the time. Sometimes we have to accept that it is
(17:14) over. it's not working out. What is the other option? What is the plan? So it's not just one or two 40% of the time there won't be any solution >> like what you see uh everything like X person Y person ultimate target or whatever it may be solution like what you say or what you deal with the people like just accept and they like they won't go >> at that moment what you would say to them >> see it depends on story to story it depends on person to personal sensitive people if something happens they will take it to their heart. They will take
(17:54) so many years to move on. So many months to move on. They will come back very stronger. So it's not like I will tell them something there are so many videos that are lying on the YouTube right. So basic we want someone to listen to us with no judgments. I have to face them every day. They might hold it against me. They
(18:38) might judge me where I can be myself 90% of the solution. I won't give them any advice because so it doesn't mean that I'll give them the solutions or the advice. When they come to me, we will talk about what happened. Solions decision will be always taken from the
(19:24) client end not from my end because it is their life ultimately. So emotional we might not be able to see the facts clearly. My job is to give them that reality check so they would make a better decision. like uh this is not like this is let us funny question or whatever it may be majority uh like percentage let us give a percent I was not saying that I would completely not speaking about the whole generation or whole society just% Okay.
(20:28) Unequal data wouldn't be fair. I can't woman would agree. And one more thing. No. uh they used to mention something or whatever it may be on social media. >> Mention mentioned in the sense you know break up so and so and keeping sad stories, sad status whatever it may be and they try to explain their problem in the society.
(21:07) It depends on the preference of that particular person. I would like to heal in an isolated space. I would isolate myself. That is how I come up with the solution. Maybe somebody else is different. When they post these stories, some people might ask about how they are doing. Some people might offer some solutions to them.
(21:40) until and unless you are not defaming the other person by saying I don't think it's wrong and one more thing you have maybe seen like social med and I have personally like the 2022 keep on like mentioning their problem in the stories and like how boys gang or how girls they will speak is but
(22:35) that's what I disagree with that like it's not correct to mention all everything in social media If they have properly okay somewhat it would be fine but completely like mentioning into social media and keeping everything in the social media that may create a lot of problems. >> Yes, that would definitely create a lot of problems.
(22:54) We are not the ones to decide what is right for that particular person or not. General it will cause you more harm than good for sure. But maybe that is how they want to heal >> in most of your cases like uh how you have roughly whatever it may be the number when the women speak like I I heard something like I don't know whether it is rumors or if it is correct they hide most of the things and they say and men they won't hide much things and they completely say with you what's your opinion that is it true what you feel generally >> no because
(23:37) most of the timet I would usually only take sessions to strangers. They paying me money. I'm not talking to them for free. when they pay money and when they invest that time. So people who are coming to me are mature enough to understand that right that is the reality there. I won't
(24:23) think about your story. I won't think about you or judge your story. But this should help you at the end. That is also the very same thing. So most of the times 99.9% of the times they will be honest. >> Most of the people like now Zenzi they are seeking for validation or they're really searching for solution.
(25:03) >> Validation >> absolutely >> validation only. Yeah. Whatever it is whether it could be a good thing, bad thing or silly, stupid anything I want to mention. How many people are engaging? So we are always looking for this constant validation from people. This is my personal question. If a person wants to be like person he wants to keep in like to keep in private character or to public chap like mentioning keeping in stories or
(25:46) whatever it may be like expressing to 100 members she is my life partner which is correct from your point of view >> this is purely my personal opinion either right and this is my personal opinion it's safer and better to keep it private at least until keep it private until it's permanent. >> That is what I strongly believe in.
(26:13) If you keep it private >> and the biggest problem is the main thing is when it comes to the chart majority and if I see like let us assume you said something to me and I said okay you have explained me in this much I just said okay it doesn't mean that I usually say okay and But I have something something so and so.
(26:48) I said for okay for another reason they completely misunderstand and miscommunication most of the relationships are getting cracked. This is what I generally feel right. How much of let means how much when we were also in relationships you don't understand in what tone I'm saying in what intention I mean yeah yeah okay you might read it as okay So the emotion might not be always conveyed properly in chat.
(27:41) ations misunderstandings. So if something is projected in a bad way, we have to stop it there. We have to cross check with the other person about what their intention is. I would prefer simple topics complicated call. Yeah. >> Yeah, that's better. Correct. And one more thing like I observed soiety father generations past 30 years 40 years batch when we
(28:26) look at them when it comes to every topic like I usually have seen a lot of people in my friends Yeah, we are not letting go of things easily. The case is not that anymore. Because the society around us, the generation around us is also very tricky
(29:12) these days. I want to get an answer to it. That is why And like when it comes to like uh CEOs or founders, they try to keep their relationship in private right max 99. I can't say 99. It's 100%. Why? Because I had I have traveled with many founders and CEOs. The thing is I asked them so like you won't mention their names so
(30:00) and so etc. They usually say one thing to me but the thing is they're missing their life right the personal life they're keeping in hiding and society otherwise for example if I want to propose a ex person I can't go and say directly >> the the main thing is as a podcast drivers there as one of the company head I need to visit here and I can't answer all those things to her and if society will say like anything like what's your opinion on that privacy secrecy difference privacy and it's a good thing only I don't want to
(30:47) hide it but I prefer not to say it secrecy and I don't want anybody to know about it both are completely different so whatever you are talking about like CEOs founders persons who are in a good professional position, they prefer to keep their relationships private, not secret. They're not missing out on anything is what I feel.
(31:22) They're happy in their private space that the serious side they don't want their relationship to be that topic which is a good thing also. >> I got a perfect answer. >> Me the question nothing like that. The thing is when we usually speak with even friends we usually talk all these things like know why these founders as CEOs keep their stories somewhat private and until we ask them and one more thing when it comes to the
(32:08) friends everything will be happy and everything will be fine until we grow. What's your opinion on that? Is it actually true or are just are jenzi is misleading or mistaking it >> until you grow in age or >> grow in the sense in in their life maybe in their careers? >> Yeah, everybody will have different paths everybody will have different futures.
(32:36) So maybe with age with time particular goals and dreams in our journey we might lose some people we might gain some people it's fine >> the main intention is see for example I'm starting a podcast >> and the friend okay starting a podcast it's a good thing until we get one name they will be fine with us if I cross at that They usually like like what's your opinion on that? Okay.
(33:10) People will say like they will support people at least problems Because we can't always say that it could be their insecurity. I'm not able to do that.
(34:11) But I'm still here somewhere else. So that is not always directed towards you. That is directed towards themselves. It is what I feel like >> in your life is there any situation like you felt criticism feel is there any situation? >> Um yeah so many but uh profession so many other things were very small but I went started it like a profession when I said that I want to be a life coach so many people don't even know what a life coach means.
(35:11) There are so many people like that. But my job is not to convince all of them. My job is not to explain to any of them. My job is to do my job properly. So criticism starting perform. And one more thing uh like maybe your followers or from our
(35:58) followers are they usually have one common question how much puja turns for from a single client >> that is very confidential maybe no comments. >> It depends on clients to clients on >> it depends on the time. It depends on the kind of package they will take because which we can figure out in like an hour 20 30 hours 20 25 minutes I can't charge everybody the same amount
(36:42) right >> and one more thing what is the difference between like let us assume puja is earning a 500 rupees per client let us assume and If someone who is earning 5,000 what is the difference between and you >> see I think it's more about the experience I met another professional also maybe few months ago she was charging around 10,000 per session back then I was charging 400 per session >> as soon as possible I'll start >> see this is where where people go I mean experience matters.
(37:24) So with experience and then people would decide how much you are capable of. >> Yeah. with time what is the right amount I should be charging what is not the right amount I should be charging clients will decide not the course >> uh this is like do we really need to sacrifice our career for love >> no we don't have to then it's a love or it's a distraction >> completely
(38:08) >> yes >> and one more when it comes to I was particularly in the BTE right and I have seen many people firsterson second no this is not happening only in our college only in our society it was happening all over world I can't say even year one next month what actually they're really missing Too many options and none of us are perfect.
(39:07) I want to experience that as well. So we are focusing more on the missing qualities rather than what are the positives currently. Yeah, that's see one of the best answer I got. The thing is and one more thing like maybe one of the reason as you said and one more thing there are some people there are a lot of cases that was like we usually call them as we general our society what the thing is better to move on rather than having with that person because exploring is the 10th quality is also
(39:52) one of the reason for maybe it's not for you. What you your opinion on that? Having a breakup and taking a break and moving from her maybe their personal maybe from the outside it looks like most important. It depends on it depends on the individual >> generally boys have you seen that boys will suffer a lot when compared to girls.
(40:29) And one more thing they usually happen everyone is equally and everyone is when I was kid equally happening. Girls are proposing boys are rejecting. The thing is what is missing in women our generation? >> I don't think anything's missing in women from previous generation. Bad things are missing at the moment. Bad qualities are missing in women at
(41:17) the moment. And one more thing I have watched your recent one of podcasters and you used to say that your opinion of parents love it's completely like generation misunderstanding its you accepting on the right wrong track. Correct. Correct. >> My intention is Calner. He or she need to call them daily.
(42:10) >> She need to fix them and all their energy, time, everything is going waste on them. That's what my opinion on actually statement. This is what I'm going to say. What you your opinion on that? >> CEOs founders partners are the backbone the support system. How? Because they established clear boundaries relationship respect on each other then it is bad.
(42:44) They don't have lot of expectations. Parents know friends they don't expect a lot from you. Yeah. >> They're just one of the part in your life. When it comes to a relationship when it comes to a partner it's completely exclusive. expectation. I want to work on her career. Yeah. What I meant childhood love.
(43:32) This is like one of my friend wants to ask this question. person he is more and usually they get he used to say everything my sister is more my sister is so and so with her >> and she used to say you are my priority you are my first one no what's actually in woman mindset whatever it So definitely whatever he's doing.
(44:22) Okay. >> See you can have different priorities in life. It doesn't mean that making a partner it's all about having balance in all relationships. Is the most adored character by men and women. Not because he's strong and tall and he knows how to balance all relationships relationshipity there is no problem anybody would get hurt for sure and one more thing like you have mentioned movie you know uh like it's personal
(45:09) I have that and then favorite scene, one of my favorite scene in wholeollywood. The thing is she used to say like boys can really understand they'll succeed in their life. It's my opinion like everyone like when I closely watch my friends who are getting influenced like 100 starting of the career influence so and so something something and at that moment they lost many things
(45:56) in their life and again after that again they kept aside and they focused on their career. again they achieved what they want actually what's your opinion on that >> it depends on what kind of partner they have let us take my personal story I was in a very bad phase then I met my husband current husband back then he was my boyfriend he picked me up from where I was Don't focus on the small petty things and he pulled me out of that depression.
(46:50) He pushed me into something bigger. Do something. Why are you wasting all of it on a 9 to 5 job? I wasn't working for a very long time. He was the only one working then to grow to study. I finished my education. I got my certification. Then I started my profession. Every day I will talk to 8 to 10 sad stories. They're not happy stories.
(47:36) I don't have any energy to manage my family or my home. How is this even possible? Because I have a strong support at the back. My husband is handling everything else for me. What if he was not there? So we can't say that no it depends on what kind of partner you have in your life >> and why good people choose wrong partner.
(48:11) This is like majority like we have seen even in movies like there are there are like not only in one or two movies lot of movies even >> what's your opinion? Um, I have made a video on similar topic. Empathy without boundaries is stupidity. >> Okay, >> that's not empathy anymore. stupidity. Most of the times good people. So good people, bad people, wrong
(49:09) people. actual reason. A strong person will say like they will get on to themselves. And one more thing like girls will forgot to ask you anyone. No one wants to do in their life. For example, and when it comes to like most of the times what was happening is
(49:53) mind and she leaves and go like when I speak with girls, we think a lot. We think hundreds of things. But at that moment, they're leaving and going, right? Is that how much for sure? But sometimes most of the times will be like that almost all situations. Most of the times I'm not saying 100%
(50:43) most of the times they will give up at least last option very bad. Most of the times women had to make those hard choices which are indirectly hurting the partner for sure but situations more difficult towards men women they had to make those wrong decisions. >> I used to state one thing to my all my followers when I was last 3 months back I stated a quotation parents decision
(51:29) may be wrong >> but their intention is always right. What's your opinion on that? 100% agreed >> and intention the thing is every father to her daughter or whatever it may majority cases we are speaking about the speaking about the woman but the intention is like when when they are choosing they need to have minimum what I mean to say is they need to choose correct thing maybe 10 15 or 20 backlogs When it comes to marriage and parents and
(52:18) still I started loving you. I'm with you supporting you to become a better person. I'm okay to support you in your lowest today but I will help you out to come out of it. You have to grow as a person right you could be having a different passion you have to choose something right if you stay relationship. That is the point so many men almost
(53:11) miss and like women let us like they need to stand out class for example. Opposites attract. If I'm an introvert, I look for an extrovert person who will take that initiative for me, who will make my life
(53:58) little bit And that is when most of the relationships actually become successful relationships most of the times. And one more thing, can your relationships survives after cheating? very rarely but depend it depends on what was the reason it all depends on how it happened why it
(54:49) happened. See, if it's like a one time mistake, somebody forced them or they might be drunk or if it's not an intentional thing. If sometimes and they are taking accountability for it, they are feeling sorry about it. They are giving you the reassurance that it won't happen again. And how you rate like checking partners for whether it is correct or not? This is my most of my followers wants to ask.
(55:32) I think it's okay when a women checks. See ma'am like my you said that there may be like they won't be have no solution for their problem what you say that is in the sense have you already said that you try to give like I accept or otherwise what is the decisions maybe but there are some cases like woman too sensitive like when we compared to compared with the men women were too sensitive how you deal >> to be honest men are more sensitive than
(56:17) women >> really >> yes >> I haven't heard >> because uh women can the problem they will cry for some period they will accept they will move on men don't cry they don't talk they don't share They will keep it inside their heart and head. they will carry on it for very long time and so women some people are sensitive some people are not so much you are a podcaster I'm talking to you like this
(57:03) I'll talk differently with my friend I will talk differently with my husband different depends on the other person will change the way we speak also. need I will help them out. So it's not like general it is specific to each person >> and when we compare like most of the men as you said that very sensitive and they go for long drives trips and they used
(57:48) to say that we are in depression don't disturb us like how much maybe 5%. Because that's not the problem. Problem is here and here. Treat. What you're doing is just suppressing the feelings, suppressing the emotion. It will again come back maybe stronger. And I have seen personally a lot of members like there are few people like
(58:35) I don't care but I personally like when it comes to my best friend usually like that I don't care but internally or inside he will with one or two person usually cry. So most of the men are in that situation. This is what I feel. I don't know whether it is correct or wrong. I can't say but this is what most of the men feel like.
(59:02) Is there any cases like who some person like come in front of you and cry. >> Yes. So many times. So many times they can't open up anywhere else. They're opening up to me. So many men get very very emotional and uh if let us assume a situation if like Puja wants to start everything from new
(59:46) and she has only 10 lakhs and the experience what you have is is there with you how you start your career again with the 10 lakhs. >> My investment to start my journey was two lakhs. >> Okay. before also >> then I was not asking like in this field >> if you if I have a 10 lakhs with you and you have the all experience that is with you and how you start your career again.
(1:00:13) Oh, then it would be actually a step ahead. Naku are not starting from the scratch. It's actually a good thing that if I have 10 lakhs now, I can I will definitely be in this profession only >> still. >> Yes. Either profession I would make it little bit more better, more available to more people and >> I I asked this question to all founders and to all CEOs.
(1:00:38) They usually say another one they haven't picked their goal again for the second time when I offered with the same amount of money or and one more thing Jenzi is what I generally feel is they emotionally connected they are not evenly like they were not loving or they were not what we say they connected but they just they are emotionally like for example Correct. This is what happening now.
(1:01:13) Nowadays relationship getting into a relationship just because everybody else has girlfriends and boyfriends. I should have one. Okay. You will be getting hurt. The partner is getting hurt. Most of the times you have to shift from relationship to
(1:01:58) relationship to relationship. You can't develop strong and meaningful connections with anybody. Okay. rest of the life till you grow old because you got used to multiple relationships. Okay. If a person is repeatedly hurting another person, should they stay or should they leave? >> Why they are hurting? Okay. Where is the source root cause
(1:02:52) that you're not working? >> Yeah. Find out if it's their mistake or your mistake. If it's their reaction and not action, sometimes opposite reaction then change your action that's uh what I said is 90% of this the main thing is and moreover I don't know how much percentage this India is exactly 99 I say completely 99%
(1:03:41) money getting in problem in relationships is money problems relationships what is how much I wouldn't say 99% yes majority of the problems are coming because of the moneyies dreams and futures and comparison with other people. So we calculate uh in terms of money
(1:04:27) only money is more important financial stability to express love to your partner to give that time to your partner. That is also a privilege to express to spend time with your loved ones. >> And one more last question, majority of the relationships fail due to they were unable to express their feelings and only express
(1:05:14) is that correct? >> Yeah, there could be multiple reasons why your relationship didn't work. This could also be one of the major factors. What I'm not liking in a relationship. It's all about lack of open communication. That is a very important thing which uh will make or break a relationship. >> Okay. Uh let's last play a rapid fire.
(1:05:47) >> Yeah. >> You have to without explanation just you need to choose this or that. Love or money >> career or relationship lover money career or relationship is >> somewhat difference right? Okay. Relationship. >> Uh risk or security? >> Security. >> Fame or privacy? >> Privacy. >> This is like a very funny question.
(1:06:21) Instagram or YouTube? >> Instagram. >> And one more thing. Alone or together? >> Together. Being a single life is better or living in a dep living in a loneliness which is better. >> Being single and happy >> and one word for marriage what you could say >> it's not for everyone. >> It's not meant to be for everyone at all.
(1:06:50) >> Yeah, it's not for everyone. And one word for Zenzi. >> One word for success. >> Have your own definition. >> Great. One word for failure. >> Learning. >> Learning. One word about puja. >> I don't know. >> No. Yeah. We want the we want answer for it. One word for puja. Growing. Still learning. Growing. >> Yeah.
(1:07:31) And if you could say last one word to my followers or to your followers, what would it be? >> Life is time is very very important, very precious. Don't waste it on something which is unnecessary or petty or silly. >> Use time wisely. >> Thank you ma'am.
