(02:36) knowledge I think we should be ever ready for that thank you thank you so much I'm starting my podcast company CE I mean particularly chicken indry one of the first day forming experience uh faged reolution
(04:20) okay but on other it's just something like connecting with nature yeah right
(05:47) [Laughter] treatment different and okaying yeah true and I want to retri the market
(07:20) so firstly City is equal to RIS okay actually agriculture is also a business only the same thing is over here also edle simple
(08:36) reason okay okay of course type of sk20 okay
(09:58) um first 10 20 years back yeah no sister and Friends BR
(11:25) [Applause] chicken okay uh as a humans antimicrobial resistance okay promote one of the major triggering factor antibiotics us and chicken second better alna Tye of slow growing chicken okay or P chicken fre Chien Netherlands past five years almost as little as 5% Market 30% Market sh gr chicken Market product the same
(12:36) timef McDonald KFC same okay right tast and in the same way and I feel thatt
(13:42) and human like we don't know we are not responsible for many things there are a lot more people who are contributing to our lives feel strong biggest problem
(15:20) um so flavor normal chicken okay 10,000 2 L okay 2022 almost first two years complete
(16:58) chain building okay 2 yes years almost daily fin we were able to build a supply chain okay Market we're seeing that H one out of 10 n one out of 10 chicken shops were selling n okay one out of three chicken shops are selling want to products support
(18:58) okay and the past one year okay vage [Music] so in
(20:06) short okay and almost okay okay right absolutely correct particular things follow f
(21:29) we particularly saw an income increase of nearly 150% with them 150% and uh to Al to choose that give them a lot of change uh in the okay okay we making sure that reproducing ability mtip
(22:34) CES okay so back so nutrition right it cre a huge difference with the farmers okay I want to share story story I heard that so that's my question is current
(24:20) market absolutely correct first immunity we are what we eat yeah and and immunity system it's not just about um healthy life leader he was mentioning in that interview that
(25:32) four years Migra issue or something like that and every alter different type of MiG and he got habituated to taking those painkillers okay and what he was mentioning in that video was but yeah what I was what I wanted to say is medicines are all these things the remains with the things that we are eating when you're eating naturally raised Foods organic foods it has a huge effect on your body
(26:39) and although it created huge disruption in human society the realization to us that healthy important that was very crucial okay okay and that's absolutely true the same thing is with chicken also okay yeah when those genes are not altered with it will of course affect us positively yes what is Broiler chicken it's a hormonally
(27:43) changed chicken to make sure that it grows in a span of just 35 days I have a question related that an so to watering and answer so when we are eating natural things there are huge advantages to that yeah one or two
(28:56) birds it has a very weak IM system 10s or maximum 20 birs okay same disase 7 8,000 it will result in such things antibiotics antibiotics antibiotics it is
(30:10) consuming St 75% of the farmers use antibiotics for their Broiler Farms to make sure that the those birs don't fall sick okay what what does it make you antibiotic it will increase your antibiotic dosage in your body yeah uh grandmother and already body 650 mg or
(31:30) antibiotic doses used to it can't be treated properly okay or anti and that willm humans and has published in article any yeah that article was on the same similar lines this is called as antimicrobial resistance antimicrobial resistance resistance and that's an issue that humans are facing with I was personally seeing Hospital ad just they became extremely weak and they had they were supposed to be given a lot of antibiotic dosages was the same antimicrobial resistance issue sure true and it's 100% true that the broiler chickens that are
(32:25) being sold in the market today is one of a triggering factor for it I'm not saying that that's the only Factor but that's one of the prominent Factor today true when uh and uh coming to the second question you are asking about Market see uh I was seeing a trend The Organic Market in India is growing at a 47% year on-ear growth and it's coming from the consumers that consumers want to eat healthy food healthy absolutely yes they are becoming conscious of healthy foots yes recers BRS they have started publicizing
(33:14) as anti antibiotic residue free antibiotic free antibiotic residue free there's a catch over there antibiotic but they're making sure that residue free they're slowly understanding that consumers are preferring antibiotic residue freei uh consumers are preferring non food milk there is a brand called sit Farms Oran brands are coming up the reason consumers are preferring healthy foods the same way with chicken also it's happening in the same way percent of people non cons not like 99% 98%
(34:26) correct see sorry for the [Laughter] dist yeah yeah so uh it's state different culture uh [Music] and and in the past 20 years the consumption of chicken has increased hugely the second most consumed food is chicken and eggs chicken you'll be eating
(35:34) comfortably vegetable okay same vegetable every alternate day every three days every alter day if we talk about especially people who are health conscious they want they understanding what protein need complete protein one of the best way is chicken and they have been consuming chicken a lot okay is it the right chicken or not should be questioned yes yes yeah and when coming to the ex I don't want to mention the names around
(36:49) 150 180 190 factors okay it may be it may be but basic difference from perspec sh it feels much more harder than white egg white egg and meaning calcium basic thing second your and several customers they prefer the Taste of BR but there are lot more customers who feel a lot more difference in The Taste okay that's the reason they consume ebonics forign BR that's the way the market has grown
(37:54) um that trend is started to change also started preferring having a lot more almost yes true it's because of the acceptance in the customers or these things that Bron healthy uh advantages they able to uh understand those okay and moreover it depends on it and chicken we sell free range bronic free range yes so free ronics as a name indicates so not caged it caged also we make sure that
(38:59) these are cage free birds natural scavenges restricted SEC third we make sure that the breed is completely natural breed only okay that's the way we offer our customers we continuous we try to stick to our promise of naturally raised we have a tagline of raised by Nature it completely boils down or sticks to the same point of raised by Nature okay it may be the free range Bronx also that we offer to the customer and statistics wise it can show you a difference potassium content calcium content or the other minerals at this uh
(39:57) much more higher than the typical whex and we state that on the yeah it's a time taking process problem statement two part first flavor taste right and [Music]
(41:29) but we felt that something was missing but we were having dinner at home yesterday my mom cooked the dinner complete yeah so and everyone lik the dishes that my mom cooked okay so okay almost cook it in five minutes cooking
(42:40) process completely EAS Country Chicken we we first time okay uh it's just to simplify the cooking process for customers okay second part uh and for those customers we launched a prodct called better chicken better chicken uh the full form of this is better than Broiler chicken the reason we call it better than Broiler is it is better than Brer uh nutritional wise if you see the just nutritional report potassium content magnesium content calcium or fat content fat cont is much more lesser than Broiler uh protein it's just 15%
(43:32) higher calcium con is almost 10 times higher than the broer chicken and Bone you'll find a difference unlike a broiler chicken bone nutrition wise is a lot more better but uh taste wise it feels as soft and tenderize a broer chicken okay and uh tast the thing is breeds there's a breed called tender Country Chicken that we offer to customers tender Country Chicken yes it takes almost 80 days to come to its full size okay yeah nearly 80
(44:49) weeks and but raised okay true uh when and most importantly if better than chicken we have been able to sell it to customers at 219 per kg life and 350 per kg meat and simp 50 k 50 rupees per kg uh costlier than the broiler chicken okay yeah we have created this variance Skin Within skin
(46:14) Reon skin differ question first of all chicken okay slaugh made that almost 60% customers they bring their kids to the store Amusement Parc kphb prag man andate with that fact customers 90% they take with skin products only with skin products with skin okay first okay and
(47:27) right yeah that fat is considered to be unhealthy unhealthy the reason I'm saying this is there are three types of fats saturated fatsat fats polysaturated fats or multi msat fur fats that's the most dangerous thing okay unsat fats olive oil cooking G cooking it all unsaturated fats unsaturated fat fats is fine it it is essentially needed for our body but saturated fats there uh it triggers all those things saturated fats are not good for health and a broiler chicken contains a lot of saturated fats F unsat fat something like a satate
(48:26) solidy it's still in a right proportion and daily consumption regular chicken better chicken it has a lot of unsaturated fats saturated fats content they know so they take it with skin only and just and also Trad actual Reas but custom okay battery forming M lay Birds layer birds so what you say
(49:34) about that there are thousands of cages in these cages four when a bird feels much more alive much more healthy yes and also several types of harmful effects on it andd or McDonald's or
(50:40) KFC was for the same reasons okay and slowly we see that this cage free movement is going to be buil up in India and it will be reduced uh more they have better quality but see the way industry is built it's nothing wrong so what they're doing is to demand to address the demand for masses they have been doing all these things yeah true but when you have more disposable income when you are ready to pay a slight premium a 10 15% premium to take care of your health to eat healthy foods it's better to choose the right sources
(51:42) yeah free range eggs of or it may be uh better chicken Landy products of when you have such an options it's up to the customers to CH to choose it and walk on a healthier path okay when coming to the statement the real thing is and but I
(53:18) was was very hyperactive kid and that till e8th class I was a very naughty kid okay eth class I same activeness but I was able to channelize my activeness into few other things okay into few other things like much more productive that's pretty true industry the way it build a fastest fastest in a very short
(54:25) time it should gain a lot more weight no the same thing over there so it's made sure that it makes sure that and it doesn't move Warrior
(55:41) country so Warrior country or what
(56:54) is uh yes because of farms and these things and uh the reason it's being so much popular is kak chicken law okay the vitamin D content uh is a is many times higher than the regular chicken okay and complete Black okay meat is also in blackish color A to Z everything is black and uh Blackness reason is it has a lot more melanin content okay a person if is fair if a person is dark it's because of melanin content in his body okay melanin content and it's also uh slightly higher in the protein side also okay and different kind of
(57:58) tast there is a there's a customer base for that kak chicken also Chicken on chicken for their weekend we uh we take we pre-book those orders and we make sure that we Supply it to them okay okay we sell it for uh something around 1,000 rupees 1,000 rupes 1,000 rupes per kg yeah we sold few Warrior chicken birds for as 7 okay 6 K C 6 K and almost height e level when coming
(59:38) it's not the primary bus what we believe and what we offer to customers is naturally raised meat yeah it's just a very small depends on the things can you please give me example so right
(1:01:21) so a fact ch that's your choice and also customer okay to make sure that it's a budget friendly product a normal broer chicken 300 we have been able to offer this just 350 per kg price point okay and moreover 350 per kg price point offer ch right now also every day a
(1:02:26) challenging day so what is your learnings see um I was saying on success is a journey not a destination and I totally believe in that and the journey the reason I love it is because every day problem we going the right direction okay if you're growing that's when you actually get more and more challenges challenges ra you have a very peaceful life but that's that's not the kind of entrepreneur I wanted to be I always wanted to be an entrepreneur where I'm getting more and more challenges business day by day and that's what we have been able to do
(1:03:31) over here and okay he will himself come pay and buy okay uh something like okay as in and entire work e is based on that thing then constant past 10 years I've been working 2018 graduation from 2013 from my first year of college itself I've started doing some kind of part-time act work or business in this 10 years my entire Focus has been to improve my own potential okay
(1:04:35) better and I'm sure when I get better when Country Chicken C gets better it would be appreciated in the market and will eventually earn money okay it's something like you have to first learn you have to remove L and earn what is the biggest mistake um I'm not sure what is the biggest mistake that I've done but I've done a lot of mistakes when we do those mistakes that's when we actually learn okay there are two types of learning and it's actually good to do
(1:05:45) mistakes if you're not doing any mistakes it means that you're you're not doing anything okay marriage okay five ustom but we not satisfied I'm satisi not satisfied customer not satisfied we as a firm were not satisfied with the kind of quality that we were able to deliver to the customer okay finally recently we launched marinates uh because of the kind of quality that we wanted to deliver and uh I see in LIF L if given a chance I think I'll if I go back in time I'll do the same things again okay and I wouldn't want to change
(1:06:34) those mistakes mistak I got that learning I got those lessons and that's the reason I was able to move forward in my life important question for each and Mar see uh firstly what I believe is okay will determine your future I'm sure you'll agree with this right so it's very important to select these five people that you constantly have in your life okay and LIF I've been very very very extremely picky about those five people that I be with you on
(1:07:39) a daily basis mindset what I realized is when I was in college when I was 21 years I felt that I was in much more sing with people who are 35 okay 21 year old person 35 Old mindset the seriousness that they had about their career the thoughts that they had building their career for some reason and I would say another entrepreneur entrepreneur the best friend is always another entrepreneur okay because he knows what exactly the kind of Journey you have passed through journey I constantly reach out to people for help
(1:08:49) don't and possible he look to do do that help to you entrepreneur Journey it's a very l only journey and when you have a fellow entrepreneur to support you or to be as a co-founder there's nothing I heard that yeah yeah uh so according to you which is the best place to visit yes I've been a traveler I think it's in my genes my father also traveled a lot put okay so and for some reason I feel that Indo the most accessible tourist
(1:09:54) destination is Goa H it's simple no other alternative option apart from go and India okay imag at least four and for some reason I feel very bad that I'm in Hyderabad it takes at least a lot of time okay and I feel a lot more jealous of people who stay in Delhi Bangalore Mumbai Chennai Chen but there's nothing like that and in of all the places that have explored apart from the northeastern states State visit worked in those places also different cultures explore
(1:10:59) it has happened for me the best place out of India till now I EV is Dubai you can spend that's the kind of richness that Dubai can offer dub I come up with a different level of motivation to earn money okay for that reason I like Dubai and uh and nature beaches and all the things I really like recent it okay it had a similar VI OFA without all
(1:12:03) the new place and I like beaches a lot super super and any suggestion from your next and the path that you have chosen it's a very Noel path is what I would say it's always worth to go in that path irrespective of our earnings and these things second if we are very passionate on that thing sooner or later it will fetch a success yeah and I am able to see that passion in you in your team and that's the thing that's needed all the answers all the things
(1:13:09) that you cra for thank you thank you so much this is the second time technical issues andf don't worry and I'm really love you so much I love you [Laughter] too thank you thank you so much and it's completely my pleasure and uh see the thing that the spark or the fire that a person needs that's present with you guys and when you are doing it when you better health
(1:14:18) towards discussed yesterday know I was totally convinced with that point and that's the reason we're doing this and also internal company we do we call ourselves as Warriors yeah and we say that we are warriors on a chicken Revolution and uh that's the thing that we really believe in and it's completely we have switched for a better and Healthy Living uh I heard that yeah actually past eight months every day off and the number of people who are falling sick for some reason yeah and particular in the past 8 n months I've never fallen
(1:15:05) sicks Maybee to the increase in meat consumption it's it's clearly affecting my health in a very much positive way okay thank you so yes let's continue our Chicken Revolution and I hope you do amazing podcast and consumers audience you'll keep them keep them engaged and educating them with various things all the very best to you thank you thank you so much thank you so much please subscribe to voice of mosala
