***

Patience vs Urgency”

- **Manipulators ఎప్పుడూ rush చేస్తారు**
  - “ఇప్పుడే decide చేయాలి”
  - “ఇది last chance”

***

### Manipulation ఎలా జరుగుతుంది?

#### 1. Urgency create

***

#### 2. Constant pressure
- repeatedly calls, messages
- “sign this now”, “loan తీసుకోండి వెంటనే”
- time ఇవ్వకుండా push చేస్తారు

***

#### 3. Fake scarcity (కొరత చూపించడం)

***

### Healthy vs Manipulative Behavior

- **Manipulators:** వెంటనే decision తీసుకోమంటారు
- **Genuine people:** time ఇస్తారు, pressure పెట్టరు

👉 Secret agents కూడా trust build చేయాలంటే:
- rush చేయరు
- slowగా relationship build చేస్తారు
- repeated exposure ద్వారా trust పెంచుతారు (7 times rule)

***

### 7 Times Rule (Psychology)

  - same places కి వెళ్ళడం
  - slowly familiar అవ్వడం

***

- important decisions:
  - relationship
  - money (loan, investment)
  - contracts

***

### Simple rule

***

మీకు కావాలంటే, నేను ఈ topic మీద **real-life financial scams (loans, credit cards, apps)** లో ఎలా manipulation జరుగుతుందో కూడా Telugu లో explain చేస్తాను.

yes

బాగుంది — ఈ manipulation techniques మన daily financial life లో చాలా dangerousగా use అవుతున్నాయి.

***

### 1. Instant Loan Apps / Calls

**Manipulation:**
- “Pre-approved loan sir”

- High interest (30–100%+ APR)
- Hidden charges

***

### 2. Credit Card Sales Tricks

**Manipulation:**
- “Lifetime free card sir, ఇప్పుడే apply చేయండి”
- “Today మాత్రమే offer”
- “Joining fee లేదు” (later hidden charges)

- Annual fee later charge
- unnecessary cards తీసుకుంటారు

- Written terms check

***

### 3. Insurance / Investment Push

**Manipulation:**
- “Last date sir, tax saving miss అవుతారు”
- “Guaranteed returns 12%”
- “ఇప్పుడే sign చేయాలి”

- ULIPs, endowment plans → low returns
- long lock-in

- policy document చదవండి
- compare with FD / MF
- advisor మీద blind trust పెట్టొద్దు

***

### 4. Real Estate / Plot Sales

**Manipulation:**
- “Only 2 plots left”
- “Price tomorrow increase”
- “Celebrity already booked”

- artificial scarcity
- location issues / legal problems

- HMDA/RERA approval verify
- site visit multiple times
- వెంటనే advance ఇవ్వకండి

***

### 5. Stock Market / Trading Calls

**Manipulation:**
- “Sure-shot tip”
- “Double in 1 month”
- “Limited seats in VIP group”

- pump & dump scams
- subscription traps

***

### 6. E-commerce Flash Sales

**Manipulation:**
- “Only 5 minutes left”
- “Only 2 items left”
- countdown timers

- artificial urgency

- cart లో add చేసి next day decide చేయండి
- price history check చేయండి

***

### Golden Rule (Finance + Life)

👉 “Urgency = Red Flag”

- వెంటనే decision తీసుకోమంటే
- pressure పెడితే
- fear create చేస్తే

➡️ 90% chance అది manipulation

***

### Simple Strategy (మీకు use అవుతుంది)

- loan / investment → **research first, action later**
- “too good to be true” → **reject immediately**

***

### Most Important Pattern (గుర్తుపెట్టుకోండి)

ఈ scams అన్నిటిలో common:

***

5 Golden Rules

(00:00) Because you were an intelligence agency, and those intelligence agencies have have spent decades mastering this technique of getting information from other people, right? >> Mhm. >> And cracking them open. And you've learned that, and now you teach that to people. What is one single thing about human nature that I need to learn? >> I would say the most important is patience.
(00:25) >> What do you mean by that? >> I'll explain. So, there are two important big differences. Manipulators, they rush you. For example, when you see this advertisement like "This is the last sales. Get it in 10 minutes, otherwise you lose it." Or like, you know, like Black Black Fridays, how they push people to buy.
(00:49) And this is manipulation. Manipula- Manipulators always rush you. Like, you have to make this decision now, otherwise you'll lose it. Otherwise, you'll lose like or your your life will be the worst. And people tend to believe and overspend money or getting into a relationship where they didn't want businesses.
(01:13) Also, in business, there is a manipulation like that. "Sign this contract right now, or you will be bankrupt." Or like, "Get this loan right now." Or like, "That's it." Or if you are not sure about the right partner or investor, they would still push you, and this is manipulation where they would give you a lot of benefits, and they would push you.
(01:39) Like, they would constantly call you, meet you, and just like, "Come on, come on, let's do it." Like, "I'm leaving. I don't have time." Or something else is happening. This is proper manipulation. Secret agents never push. Like, if they really need to establish trust with the target, never. They become uh like this a real sort of friend who's always there to support if they need the to uh have with the target a long-term relationship, okay? When it's a a short relationship, of course, it doesn't matter how do you approach and how do you manipulate. You
(02:17) have a compromat, which is compromising material, and they literally tell you, "Either you work with us, either like you'll fail." So, this is manipulation, but when agent need to establish a trust with an informer, for example, in another country, the agent would give enough time for this target to relax and get used to you.
(02:44) According to our psychology, we need to see a person or an ad seven times at least in order to make a decision to go and buy or to establish like conversation with this new person. And especially now, people, you know, like living in digital world, we lost this kind of communication skills. So, if you want to establish a really trusting relationships, give your partner time.
(03:17) Do not push. Do not call all the time. Do not text all the time. Don't like, you know, over spam his like your mail or whatever. Or you need this person for businesses. Be there. Maybe the same events. Maybe um you find out if he goes to particular gym, get the membership there. Golf, get the membership there.
(03:45) Conferences, go there as well. But don't approach yet. Be somewhere there. The peripheral vision, and this is social engineering. The peripheral vision will see you some other day in the crowd. So, then after seven times, oh, like, I can trust this person. I can trust this face because I've seen this face already.
(04:07) So, you give your future partner, whatever, business, romantic, enough time to get used to you. >> Tell me, can I Can I manipulate someone by creating an urgency? >> Oh, yes, absolutely. >> How can I do that? >> Always. Well, romantic or business relationship? >> Let's go romantic first, and then we do business. >> So, for example, you are dating with a woman, you like her, you invite her to like, you know, dates.
(04:36) And uh for example, I mean, like, this is really dark psychology, and I hope like man, you're responsible not to >> [gasps and laughter] >> uh for like, you know, not to do it. It's It's kind of like a pick-up art, I would say, but um you know, >> See, it's important to know, so that's how people know what to avoid.
(04:56) >> Yeah. Yeah. Yes. Uh okay, so if you see that someone tells you, "Let's meet today." Or like, "Tomorrow." And uh or like, "Come over. Let's hang out." Especially like this like term. "Or let's do something together today, tomorrow, like, now." And you're like, "Oh, I cannot today. I'm working, you know, I cannot like, you know.
(05:24) " He or she would say, "No, we need to do it now because I'm leaving in like for Let Let's say, I'm leaving tomorrow for like a month." So, this is creating urgency. Or for example, "Oh, I have so many admirers." And you're one of those admirers. So, if you don't do it now, you lose the opportunity. So, you have to do it now.
(05:47) Not like particularly you telling I have a lot of admirers. You show that you have For example, in Instagram stories, you put like, "Oh, somebody present me flowers." Or like, "Somebody present me this." Or "This guy texted me this or that." For example. And this guy you would say like, "Oh, I don't know." Like this, that.
(06:10) Like, "I have so many like other options." So, this is already a kind of like, you know, urgency. Uh Or another thing to moving together or making him to propose you. Man, be be careful if they want to do this. When they come So, you date not for a long time, and then she comes to you and she tells you, "You know, my father uh is against our relationship, so he will cut me completely if I will not break up with you.
(06:53) " So, the guy has this option. Either I, you know, commit to her and take care about her, either she goes back to daddy and stay with her family. Number one option. Number two, she can say, "Oh, my ex boyfriend just reached me out and we broke up because he didn't want to marry me.
(07:14) So, now he came back and I said that I'm dating you, but he wants kids and he wants to have a family, so you have to choose now."
