Because it has long been his habit to think as others think, he has never faced his ‘ I ’ in the true manner. He has not a correct picture of himself ; he has too long identified himself with the body and the brain. Therefore, I tell you to pursue this enquiry, ‘ Who am I?’.

ఈ విషయాన్ని అర్థం చేసుకోవాలంటే ముందుగా మనిషి తనను తాను విశ్లేషించుకోవడం అవసరం.
ఇతరులు అనుకున్నట్లుగా ఆలోచించడం అనే అలవాటు చాలా కాలంగా ఉన్నందున, అతను ఎప్పుడూ తన ‘ నేను ’ని నిజమైన పద్ధతిలో ఎదుర్కోలేదు. అతనికి తన గురించి సరైన అవగాహన లేదు;
అతను తన శరీరం మరియు మస్తిష్కం తో చాలా కాలంగా తనను తాను గుర్తించుకున్నాడు. కాబట్టి, ఈ నేను ఎవరు? అనే విచారణను కొనసాగించమని నేను మీకు చెప్తున్నాను,
