కామం క్రోధం లోభం మోహం త్యక్త్వా త్మానం భావయ కోహం | ఆత్మజ్ఞాన విహీనా మూడాః తే పచ్యంతే నరకనిగూడః |

అర్ధం:- కోరిక, కోపం,లోభం భ్రాంతి వీటన్నిటిని విడిచిపెట్టిన సాధకుడు "ఆ పరమాత్మను నేనే " అనే సత్యాన్ని దర్శిస్తాడు. ఆత్మజ్ఞానం లేనివారు మూఢులు. అట్టివారు ఈ సంసార జనన మరణ చక్రం అనే నరకంలో బంధింపబడి హింసించబడతారు.

Lust, anger, greed, delusion, tyaktvā atmanam bhavaya koham | Atmajñāna vihinā mudāḥ te pachyānte narakanigūdāḥ |

Meaning:- The ascetic who has abandoned all these desires, anger, greed, and delusion, sees the truth that "I am that Supreme Soul." Those who do not have self-knowledge are fools. Such people are bound and tortured in the hell of this samsara, the cycle of birth and death.
