(00:05) Why does love die? Love begins like a living flame. Fresh, innocent, effortless. Two people meet without calculation, without strategy. In that moment there is only presence, only joy. But slowly something enters the space of love. the mind. According to Ashtawakra, love does not disappear because time passes.
(00:36) Love begins to fade the moment the ego steps in. The mind immediately starts claiming ownership, my love, my partner, my relationship. And the moment love becomes mine, its freedom begins to vanish. Love lives in openness, but the mind lives in fear. The mind wants certainty, guarantees promises for the future.
(01:06) It starts building invisible walls around what was once a living experience. Expectations replace wonder. Control replaces trust. Slowly the living energy of love becomes heavy.
