Detachment is one of those things life teaches you whether you are ready or not.
Through loss, through change, through people and situations that don't stay the way you hoped. And somewhere in all of that, if you pay attention, you begin to understand what Bhagavad Gita has always been pointing to.
That detachment is not about caring less. It is about loving freely, enjoying fully, giving openly without gripping so tightly that you forget everything in life is passing through, not staying 🍃
The Gita says - when you stop being pulled by pleasure and pushed by pain, you begin to live with a steadiness that nothing outside can shake 😇
Notice where you are holding on a little too tightly today. That is where your practice begins.🧘🏻♀️
Save this if it resonates and share it with someone who might need this today 🤍
