Title: 🚨Why Can’t You Stop Eating Junk Food? | Dr Pradeep Chiluka | Politea hub | #telugupodcast

Author Name: Politea

Description: Why do we keep eating chips, burgers, chocolates, pizzas and other processed foods even when we know they are not good for us? Is junk food really just “unhealthy food”, or is it deliberately designed to make us crave more? In this insightful episode of Politea Hub, Dr Vivekananda, MBBS, Former Deputy Director, Ministry of Defence and UPSC Ranker 2014, speaks with Dr Pradeep Chiluka about the science and psychology behind engineered food, junk food addiction, cravings and the growing impact of processed food on our health.

The conversation begins by questioning what we actually mean by junk food. Dr Pradeep Chiluka explains the idea of “engineered food” and how modern food production has moved beyond traditional kitchens into sophisticated food engineering and experimentation. The discussion explores how combinations of sugar, salt, fat, texture and crunchiness can influence our eating behaviour and make certain foods extremely difficult to resist.

One of the most interesting concepts discussed is the “bliss point” — the combination of taste, texture and sensory stimulation that can make food highly appealing. The podcast explores how sugar, salt, fat and food texture can stimulate reward pathways and influence cravings, hunger and overeating. The discussion also looks at why we may continue eating an entire packet of chips or cookies even after we have consumed enough food.

But the problem goes beyond individual cravings. The episode examines how food marketing, advertising, packaging, colours, portion sizes and celebrity endorsements influence our choices. From supermarkets filled with brightly packaged products to convenient small-sized portions, the food industry has developed powerful ways of attracting consumers, especially children and young people.

The conversation then moves into the health consequences associated with excessive consumption of processed and junk foods. Dr Pradeep Chiluka discusses topics including obesity, diabetes, hypertension, excessive sugar and salt consumption, metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance. The episode also explores the possible relationship between modern dietary patterns and concerns such as early puberty and PCOD/PCOS, particularly among younger generations.
Can junk food affect your skin and hair? This podcast also explores the connection between diet and skin health, including the discussion around excessive sugar consumption, as well as the relationship between food, inflammation and hair health. The larger message is that what we consume can have an impact beyond body weight and can influence different aspects of our overall wellbeing.

Another important part of the conversation focuses on children. Why are children increasingly attracted to processed food? How can parents reduce their dependence on junk food without creating unnecessary resistance? Dr Pradeep Chiluka shares practical strategies based on his own family experience, including changing the home food environment and creating healthier associations with food and celebrations.

The episode offers several memorable practical ideas for breaking unhealthy food habits: “burner to juicer”, “feasting to fasting”, “advertisement to adventure” and moving from “risk model to role model”. The discussion emphasizes that changing food habits is not a one-day process. It requires awareness, patience, consistency and a conscious effort to create healthier habits for ourselves and our children.
The discussion also highlights the importance of replacing the constant influence of advertisements with meaningful activities such as sports, exercise and family experiences. Dr Pradeep Chiluka explains how sports personalities can become positive role models for children by demonstrating discipline, nutrition, resilience and healthy lifestyles.

For Telugu audiences trying to understand junk food addiction, processed food, sugar cravings, insulin resistance, PCOS/PCOD, obesity, children’s nutrition and healthier lifestyle choices, this conversation offers an important perspective on how our modern food environment influences everyday decisions.

Watch this episode of Politea Hub with Dr Pradeep Chiluka and Dr Vivekananda to understand the hidden factors behind junk food cravings, how food marketing shapes our choices, why children are particularly vulnerable to unhealthy food habits, and what practical steps families can take to build a healthier relationship with food.

If you found this conversation useful, share it with your family and friends, especially parents who want to understand how modern food habits are affecting children and young adults.

(00:00) junk food [music] what we have to consider it has to be as an engineered food and this food is engineered in labs so that's the reason it is called an engineered food I have my school friend he died because of some xyz addictions and all after that it intrigued me to read how an addiction works actually my older daughter she got a dental car so nu my wife we decided that we will learn something about this food and how this processed food and how to prevent this processed food that is very important with this engineer foods. They engineer
(00:31) craving and they engineer addiction also. They become a confluence all together. That is how they are interested in making money rather than giving us health at all. Salt, sugar, cholesterol and soreness. Four components beautiful. They have taken it to a bliss point. Bliss point will activate your dopamine system in your body.
(00:58) That crunchiness a crunchiness mean nothing but sound. They master this technique of 5 to 6 kohz of sound. It is very important activate that actually triggers your reptilian hunger and rabid hunger. So you are not conscious of what you are eating. Sugar sugar sugar plantations sugar slavery. So modern times that sugar went into industry and that has become a modern sugar slavery for us.
(01:23) So we are dependent on sugar. cigarette actually was smoked by females. Cokes were in glass bottles and they have bought it into Pepsi and small plastic bottles that has induced so much of comfort but it is hitting our children a lot. That's the reason so much of precious puberty and so much of PCOD diseases are coming insulin like growth factor insulin it is obstructing our repair mechanism also.
(01:49) This is because of excessive presence of these food materials around us. quality YouTube channel. We doing a series of podcast especially the first podcast on habit formation uh we got wonderful feedbacks and even the second podcast on longevity also we received very good feedbacks. I suggest you all to watch these two videos.
(02:16) Trust me just two specific suggestions for improvement of the quality of life with the third podcast it's even more relevant contemporary times that is the idea of junk food. So let's invite Dr. Praep on this podcast. Thank you podcast we were discussing because multiple times about the relevance of this topic in one of the phone call you said something that fundamentally so I want you to start with that idea of food itself in order to know what food is and food especially in Indian circumstances it is a coion of between individuals that is
(02:59) one second it is communication between to individuals. Third, it builds up relation between individuals and the society. And the fourth, food has a spirit on its own. So food it is a ritual also. That's the reason it has become a spirit together. True sir. Very true. So first law very important element is nutrition if you take it from ages. Natural food.
(03:45) Natural food after invention of fire and after cultivating of spices after cultivating of many other oils that has become a cooked food. value. So junk food what we have to consider it has to be as engineered food. >> Engineered food. >> Engineered food. This engineered and the food the elements of the food loan all elements whether it is multiple elements.
(04:21) This food rather than we calling it as a junk food. If you call it as an engineered food and this food is actually not made natural. Second is cooking labs from kitchens it went into labs and this food is engineered in labs. So that's the reason it is called rather than a junk food it is considered to be as an engineered food.
(04:48) >> Okay. All types of engineered food bad or there are certain specific variants within engineered food which are bad. So the engineered food actually it has engineered cravings and it has engineered addiction. Engineering food sap the most important nutrient and ancient times it is considered as sugar and the sugar fruit is very bright in color and it is not accessible.
(05:25) So med ancient men they used to climb uh trees and they used to get that uh get that fruit that fruit is the nutritive elements which that fruit has is considered to be as harmless. It is non-toxic. Ancient India, medieval India, modern India, especially US sugar, sugar plantations. So especially from ancient to sugar, sugar plantations, sugar slavery.
(06:06) So modern times that sugar went into industry and that has become a modern sugar slavery for us. So we are dependent on sugar that is one. Second is salt and salt. Salt Roman Empire salary is nothing but salt is nothing but salary and that is how your loyalty towards that administration is built up that work loyalty.
(06:32) Then it is about administration or regime loyalty. So not only that [clears throat] salt first is the sugar, second is salt and third is soreness. because of the milk products. Milk products. So first is sugar. Second is salt. Third is soreness. Soreness is milk products. Soress fourth is sterile. Sterol fat. So fat component milk component
(07:23) so that is sterol. So sugar, salt, then soreness and sterile that is fat. Fifth is very important component that is engineered component. >> Okay, got it sir. >> So what what are the engineering? Engineering a junk food is basically they are engineering with they are experimenting with sugar. They're experimenting with salt.
(07:44) They are experimenting with soreness. And they are experimenting with uh steroids. And the fifth important what that 15th important is I shall tell you. >> Understood. Sently newspaper. I I heard this term for the first time. Realology. Realology that is something related to food texture. >> True.
(08:05) True. and food texture research lacks of I mean of money goes into that because food texture is so important context you're also saying something so previously French especially Frenchine alcohol production so there they used to have French and wine coners and alcohol they used to taste this and they have a strict lifestyle taste valable And they are considered to be one of the highest paid paid people in food industry of lateology and engineered salt, sugar and sterol and soreness.
(08:48) Four components beautiful they have come make it they have taken it to a bliss point. point bliss point will activate your dopamine system in your body and realology and concept. The other fifth point what I was telling is it is sound. So a crispiness, a sound, a crunchiness, a crunchiness of sound when you mix salt, sugar, sterol and soreness.
(09:22) And if it is properly prepared, then bliss point very important thing is that crunchiness. Crunchiness nothing but sound that sound is of 5 to 6 kohz. 5 to 6 kohz realology specialist they master this technique of 5 to 6 kohz of sound. Okay. Once you put a chip in chips, in French fries, some other things which is very crunchy.
(09:52) If you keep that in our mouth, the moment it melts, then it prod the moment you crunch it, it produces sound and the sound actually hits your pallet and the pallet direct it grows to your midbrain midbrain area nucleus nucleus actually it triggers your hunger. It is very important. So, salt, sugar, stero, and soreness and crunchiness. First, dopamine system that is activating your opioid receptors.
(10:30) Opioid receptors, drug addiction receptors, receptors, opioid receptors and the dopamine. Dopamine activate opioid receptor activate. Opioid receptor activate. So that actually triggers your reptilian hunger and the rabid hunger. So you are not you're not conscious of what you are eating. That is very important with these engineered foods.
(10:53) They engineer craving and they engineer addiction also. >> Wonderful. So reptilian hunger rapid hunger. What is that usage exactly? Reptilian. It is triggered by your hunger mechanism when your stomach is empty. So that hormone release your brain thinks that okay I want food a food once we start consuming suppose stomach is almost one liter in content volume one liter it will 600 to 700 ml it will caution you that okay I'm going to fill
(11:39) So the moment satin comes into your blood your brain says that okay I'm full and we have to stop it because even if it is one liter in content if you consume one liter stomach contents it cannot digest also your intestine now juice it needs some space and it needs some water also especially with reptilian and rabid hanger what happens is you are not aware of how much quantity are you eating that's the reason chipset we consume we crunch till the whole the bag is completed.
(12:09) The same is the case with Oreos also. So the moment Oreo it is a very beautifulness. So that is how the engineered food substance is about. >> Okay. Understood sir. I understood about engineered food like food. Soction of course soch how is this happening first natural food cooked food and engineered food engineered food that is the engineering excellence marvel second is advertisement acument
(12:54) >> advertisement acument and tend I'll give you an example example is previously medieval times law or before 1800 to 2,000 1800 to 1900 time. No cigarette actually was smoked by females. >> Mhm. >> But because the cigarette companies they felt that we have to reap so much of profits from the males also what they did was cigarette companies they have used cowboys as a specimen or cow cowboys as a poster boy.
(13:25) The moment they have used cowboys as their poster boy. So that particular element is completely changed from females to males. So most of the cigarette smoking is done by males because of the administrative acumen of that one. Second, >> now the good thing of advertisement is Colgate. Colgate this was when brushing was not an habit they have created this substance toothpaste and they have added mint and pepper oil and that became a palatable to us.
(13:58) So then the moment it became palatable brushing became our habit. That is second. And coming coming to administrative previously and when we were kids we used to see more that is how your advertisement the content the content the content is also so engineered that first immediate the moment we open the can and we drink it first delivery is sugars liquid proper Sugar, fat component, salt.
(14:38) So the moment we open and we drink the first is the sugar component. The moment sugar comes into your things we think that okay the calories have come the end the sugar last salt. So that when the salt hits it comes into your abdomen. So we are our appetite is not full. That's the reason we want more that is how they do it. >> Yes.
(15:02) Now coming to marketing magic and how marketing magic is done is so marketing magic law they have used colors now. So how they have used colors is the combination of red, yellow, blue and all these bright colors. So they have used it as packed food we enter into a supermarket. First that is the only thing first the moment we enter into it first that is one and second they have brought size into very small
(15:48) size pocket size and the size actually brings so much of comfort also we are assuming that No, we not eating small chocolate. Actually, we are hitting dopamine then you are hitting the opioid triggers and opioid that is slowly triggering our reptilian and rabbit. Not only that now the marketing mechanism is previously Cokes were in this bottle glass bottles they have bought it into Pepsi or can small plastic bottles that is how and the moment they have bought it into small size that has induced so much of comfort and we are thinking that it is
(16:27) not hitting our pockets also but it is hitting our children a lot. So this is how engineered excellence and marketing marvel and uh advertisement acument that is how these three things and this they become a confluence all together that is how they are interested in making money rather than giving us health at all.
(16:45) >> So yes sir so having understood like how this is coming into the society now uh social consequences excessive consumption of junk food or consumption of junk food itself. So consumption of junk food. So it is non-nutritive addiction what we are entering into. The moment we are entering into nonut we started consuming.
(17:10) So consumption consequences we will try and the moment junk food any stomach intestines so much of toxin materials are getting released. So be sugars, excessive salt, excessive fat that all releases into our bloodstream movement that is causing so much of hyper cholesterolia fat. So that is causing your sugars, diabetes, that is causing your hypertension also that is causing your obesity also.
(17:53) Why obesity and because your hunger is not not satisfied. The moment your hunger is not satisfied, you are consuming lots of sort of foods also. Then slowly obesity is also improved. So this is called syndrome X syndrome X X metabolic syndrome. Okay. So the metabolic syndrome why metabolic syndrome metabolic syndrome is not affecting your organs.
(18:16) It is affecting your fluid organ that is called blood. blood with the natural food and the cooked food, your nutrition element, the kind of sugars, the kind of proteins. But with with junk food there are much of toxin materials which are present in our blood, water, earth, ethereal material and five.
(18:44) So the syndrome five components that is sugar and high hypoglycemia. So excessive sugars then excessive fat your uh indigestion then your obesity and your hypertension. So excessive sugar to salt. So salt is taking care of your kidneys also. Most of the things we are facing so much of kidney issues all these issues are excessive salt in consumption.
(19:06) >> So one thing I have recently read somewhere like especially junk food. I'll start with this precautious puberty I understood that they are maturing at a very young age and one of the most important reasons junk foods and children. So how correct this is? Yes, it is very correct. When this engineered food when it is entering into your bloodstream, so it has got sugars, salt, high sugars, high salt, then high fat and high salt also.
(19:37) If E4, five components bloodream very important thing is it is called insulin resistance. Insulin resistance and insulin hormone blood sugar insulin will help in absorbing that sugars because of the excessive sugars which are not useful for the body. The body is assuming that these particular sugars are not useful.
(20:03) That's the reason it is still hungry of sugars. It is producing so much of insulin. So so much of insulin body produce the body has to react to it. So it reacts that I am resistant of this. So that hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance. So Five main syndrome bottom line the main cause is insulin resistance. This is a core medical subjects.
(20:36) There is there are some growth factors called insulin like growth factors IGF1 and IGF2ucleus nucleus that helps in development of the growth of the baby or the growth of the child. Not only that after some years what happens is this insulin like growth factor will helps in repairing of the body because of so much of hyperinsulinemia is present in your blood this particular it is mimicking as if it is a growth factor altogether.
(21:04) So that's the reason so much of precious puberty and so much of PCOD diseases are coming. Not only that insulin like growth factors it is it is obstructing our repair mechanism also not only the preautious puberty and we have it is a double better healing factor is it can heal the diseases also. So the children not only they are getting precoseious puberty and your body has stopped healing for from that precious puberty also.
(21:37) This is a double-edged sword. >> Okay. Okay. Interesting sir. And PCOS polycystic ovarian syndrome adolescent girls especially like early 20s. Many women are suffering from this uh PCOD and dietary changes. PCOD problem of course physical activity stress important. How important is dietary changes? Dietary changes first PCOD and PCOD and polycystic ovarian disease.
(22:09) Polycystic ovarian disease every 14th day of the cycle cycle 14th to 17th day of the cycle that will release there are many other hormones which are responsible PCOD PCO pat one another very beautiful drug which is used even in case of diabetes healing is also in PCOD that is called metformin. So metformin drug it is as simple as that the sugars and the insulin has to brought to a finer finer balance.
(22:52) The moment sugars or your glucose and your insulin comes into finer balance then the other hormones like luteinizing hormone LH hormone FSH and LH hormones. The moment insulin and glucose apply the balance other hormones will get into balance. The moment these gets into balance the PCO is healed on itself. >> Youth especially uh one of the important concerns in the skin health they waste lot of money.
(23:21) Uh people think only women spend on skin health. In reality even men are also spending substantial amount of their money on skin health. But one thing they don't realize is what they eat also has substantial impact on their skin health. So context uh junk food consumption, right? So junk food. So junk food know five five components sugar, salt and sterol and uh your salt and your sal.
(23:55) So very important component is sugars. So sugar if you take any cellular memory antibodies antibodies very important and very element So sugar protein fat so antibody sugar is an antigen. Okay. >> So the moment it considers antigen what
(24:39) it produces neurohoumeral mechanism it produces antibodies against our own cells. Okay, >> that cells that cells that the neurohoumeral mechanism that produces so much of antibodies and the antibodies actually cause skin diseases so much of autoimmune disease beasis and be sclerodioitis body then it is causing so much of antigen.
(25:15) an antibody reaction body that is causing so much of skin issues also. So it is not only the outer part which is very important as a skin moist oil good soap not only that the inner the deeper layers of skin layers epidermis and so much of blood vessels are present. So when we consume when we decrease our sugar consumption then our antigen will become normal.
(25:48) So that is how we can heal our skin also. >> Understood sir. So if we minimize our junk food or cut it down to zero definitely there is a scope for improvement of the skin health. So add the hair cycle anogen and kagen phases anen kagen and tilogen. See three phases of hair cycle 12 days and phase that is keratin protein now it is coming to protein.
(26:29) So excess of meat consumption, excess of even carbohydrates when the bliss point when the combination of all these things the antibbody will assume that this keratin protein and lopona peptides it is assuming that the keratin protein and this protein they are simulating each other. So the our antibodies does not know that whether it is attacking that.
(26:55) So that is the reason 120 days it is becoming 30 to 40 days only. So that is the reason we are premature hair. Okay. So either ways like junk food like kind of processed foods it will have positive impact both on the skin health and also hair. >> Right. Right. And now that you have said about processed foodcessing bread any bread whether it is a pizza, burger they invest so much of money in that they will make sure that every layer layers
(27:39) layer they will do so much of experimentation so much of scientific evaluation which they do that proper mix of sugar, salt, fat, then the crunchiness and everything is all added at each level. So first sugarcessing they purposefully layer the first is sugar the last is salt. So understood sir. Got it sir.
(28:15) And where did we at least even during our childhood school cantens only healthy food if I remember largely culturally appropriate something which is locally available. So a locally available food and seasonal food. So you go to any school like you have two kids you know processed foods. So transition this is combination of three that is engineering excellence and then marketing magic and uh advertisement aument surrogate
(29:00) advertisement fraudland marketing practices. So kana shop we can see so much of chips so much of all these things are there that shops are actually selling sugars that shop is actually selling salt that's is selling so much of crunchy material to us. So this is from this is fragmented hunger hunger was fragmented
(29:44) only with these practices we are constant and we are in continuous state of hunger altogether. This is because of excessive presence of these food materials in our society around uh around us. >> Okay, understood. From fragmented hunger to continuous hunger we have entered. >> Understood.
(30:06) So m how to make this switch sir? How to make this switch? So first and this is for this I I will give my personal example. >> The personal example. [snorts] So I have my school friend and the school friend uh he died because of some XY Z addictions and all. So after that it intrigued me to read how an addiction works actually.
(30:29) So Apurua I started so much of reading books and all these things. At that point point of time what happened was my elder daughter she got a dental carries altogether. So my wife we decided that we will uh learn something about this uh food and how these processed food and how to prevent this processed food. We tried to find a solution and rather than I telling you so much of book technical solutions and how we can overcome this junk food addiction.
(31:01) I'll tell you in a subtle explanation so that that can be useful for our viewers also. >> Yes sir. Uh that's wonderful sir. Uh and like what kind of specific like that is practical >> implementable because you know like modern times whether it is fathers or mothers fresh homecooked food. [clears throat] So that's one of the important reasons thanks to food delivery agents fresh still at least not less than 20 to 30% of our daily has become sort of inevitable and specialed 50 60 so I believe whatever you are you will
(31:45) suggest is not just practical or what do you call implementable that should something help us everyone who is watching this podcast to bring that changes >> right now actually in India anante the processed food they have created engineered food they have created now they have worked on very important principle the moment we know that principle then we can find the solution for that problem what is that solution is previously immediately we used to answer whoever answers immediately fastly and quickly we consider him to that person to be
(32:23) very intelligent boy. Okay. So, second grade. So, this fastness or the quickness actually the advertisement industry has used this against us only. So, that is how they are playing. That's the reason, fast messaging, Instagram. So, everything is fast. So rather than making them fast they have to be fast in academic and all those things but there are other elements there where they should learn to delay themselves delay we can call it as active strategic patients.
(33:06) So there are quickers and their delayers. So rather than we calling as a delayers if we can call them as active strategic patients so if we can teach them so that is how we can tackle the problem of this junk food or the processed food. Understood sir. Got it. And one more thing you would have observed sneakers and modern times middle class mother they can't afford sir because 30 rupees 40 rupees 50 rupees other than banana most of the fruits nowadays are kind of expensive.
(33:44) I believe there is a need to diversify our food basket. >> Now now that you are asking me snickers also snickers shouldn't he? So because they were sending selling the candy bars a candy bars US law so much of instigation has happened that this is purely junk and this has to be taken out from the societies then slowly they have invented or ingenuity has come into that that candy bar they have added nuts into that peanuts honey nuts but if you take that if you weigh that the sugars and the caramel is much more than the peanuts present there and peanuts peanut
(34:16) in that >> yes sir inca any other solutions Right. So what I did in my house I shall tell them. So if that can be useful. So first important thing from burner to juicer. So three times we are continuously cooking and third is night. We are continuously using our gas. So mind law and we tried to change it from burner to juicer.
(34:53) So we started using our juice juicing machines much more where apple or beetroot sugar. So that particular element juice should be what I did was I I was adding apple then peers then uh what you were saying pomegranate. So a sugar content if it is a fruit sugar which is present a sugar content my children started consuming it more that from burner to juicer that is one
(35:38) entity which I have used and not only that I made them taste I got the real whatever the fruit juices which are present. So I bought them and I made them I have put it in one glass and the other glass is the juice which I have prepared at my home and I made them compare. So my elder daughter now she is consuming lots of fruit juices.
(35:59) So from the first principle what I feel is from you should shift from burner to juicer. So at least morning breakfast juice and evening that hyperatability and excessive sugar. Yes sir. But occasally two things. First is special occations. So very big chocolate companies also there where they say it as celebrations but indeed they are putting so much of again sugar, caramel and all those things and it is never the celebrations.
(36:41) Now coming to our birthdays when we were children. So we used to have a uh garland and our home house and our mothers used to make some pyam and all these things. So we used to that is definitely a special occasion. Now with special occasion it in my family suppose if my daughter's birthday is there or if at all she has performed very well in an exam what we have done is we have made from feasting to fasting.
(37:08) So I'm not uh curtailing them. I'm not kettle but particular on that day because if what happens is she has c she has got a victory and if the victory if I'm hooking with a bad habit supposedly if I'm taking her to eat some burger and chips for good event I'm adding a bad event bad food so this becomes a hook altogether every time they assume because so much of emotion and memory has come into that victory and if it is hooked with a negative or the bad food which the children will assume that celebration should be done with this
(37:39) rather than what I did the per se was resistance is persistence if I resist that particular element is persistent so rather than that I modulated that slowly okay now that you have you have got a victory so we will celebrate for this night with feasting tomorrow whatever you want you want you want I'll give you >> uh fasting okay >> uh first is feasting with fasting >> okay >> so what I did was on that day on particular on that day let's fast so that you have uh that is on a spiritual note also that brings so much of humble
(38:09) ness and gratitude also. So from feasting to fasting next day next day if my daughter wants to eat something uh we rather than going out we started doing it our home itself. So first is burner to juicer and the second one is feasting to fasting. Resistance is persistence. We have to be very careful to not to hook that celebration emotion into a bad uh food habit all together.
(38:32) Wonderful sir sir no doubt uh you are taking all these precautions but advertisement industry >> that is constantly craving for attention >> and everywhere the digital screens or the moment we step out of the house everywhere there are advertisements and especially celebrity endorsements so-called temptation how to resist how to resist >> so advertisements are it is very billion dollar industry so which we cannot fight it so what I discover covered for myself that in order to curtail advertisement we have to get into adventure. So what
(39:06) adventure with my daughters or with my family I'm doing is slowly we have enrolled in some good gyms that is one. Second is I started enrolled I have enrolled my daughter into table tennis and other sports and third is I um I subscribed for sports star magazine also. So what with the sports star what I have was I made them understand the lifestyle of the sports persons on >> so when they started understanding the sports person's lifestyle from from advertisement slowly entered into adventure kind of thing that is from uh
(39:40) from sports then gym then slowly uh sports star magazine so previously all the sport now this is a FIFA so I have pasted both uh what do you call Messi and Ronaldo at my home and at my different in my home there is almost all all sports people Dhoni Kirat so that way in order to curtail the advertisement effect I slowly try to infuse the sport adventurism into kind of thing nice and like you have given uh many practical suggestions like which is also easy to day-to-day life adapt so let's say if you yourself consider you
(40:18) as a role model so me ideal day with regards to food consumption >> ideal day Sir ideal day for risk and I have given a food and war cry especially army commanders and all regiments they have their own war cry at our home we decided we to have a food slogan and the food slogan is first is fruit second is salad third is thirst so first E3 then it will take your take care of your especially your food should be rather than cooked and raw raw processed food your food component should have natural
(41:03) food so slowly I tried to bring that with that war crime with that food cry slowly I got uh that element infused in our family >> nice nice so it's >> and the third is also from risk factors I gave the role models also on the role models is especi especially sportsmen uh sportsmen and sports women so they especially they are focused on the game.
(41:26) They are focused on the nutrition. They are focused on the technique and they are focused on the um how to accept failures and how to evolve from failures, how to be humble during victory times and all. So for me the role model is sports stars. So that's the reason I have subscribed for sports star magazines and made sure that and not only that even in our TVs also from moving from even if my daughters are seeing shots I make sure that they see the sports shots also so that they can understand what exactly sports does to
(41:59) them. So in order to curtail this junk food so from burner to juicer. Second is feasting to fasting. Third is uh ad advertisement to adventure. >> Fourth is uh if you can uh uh practice risk model to role model philosophy. So following all these philosophies and if you can practice it slowly it is not it is not one day solution.
(42:21) You have to continuously invent this solution continuously and you have to have an eagle's eye where where am I going wrong? How am I going wrong?
